Entspannter Urlaub

Das Objekt entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Vermieter war mein Check-In vor Ort und war sehr freundlich. Das GrundstĂŒck liegt an einem als Privatweg ausgewiesen beschranktem Weg. Das Zentrum von Boyardville liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Neben dem Objekt gehören zwei weitere Wohneinheiten zum GebĂ€udekomplex. Diese waren vermietet, sodass man in der Zeit nicht ganz ungestört war. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet . Wir durften den Pool, der eignetlich zu der großen Hauptwohnung gehört mit nutzen als diese nicht mehr vermietet war. Wir haben nichts vermisst außer einen transportablen Tisch fĂŒr d draußen, im Garten steht nur ein fest montierter Tisch aus Stein auf dem Rasen wo man abends mit den MĂŒcken zu kĂ€mpfen hatte. Wie wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

L'appartement de plein pied est situé dans une trÚs jolie propriété au milieu d'un jardin sauvage, avec la proximité des commerces et restaurants à pied. Hors saison, je ne suis pas sûre que les commerces soient ouverts.

Petit sĂ©jour de quelques jours sur l’üle d’OlĂ©ron, Ă  5min Ă  pied du centre de Boyardville entre l’ocĂ©an et les marais. Ancienne bĂątisse remise Ă  neuf et trĂšs fonctionnelle, avec l’équipement nĂ©cessaire pour optimiser son temps et se concentrer sur les promenades et visites Ă  proximitĂ©. TrĂšs bon emplacement, appartement fonctionnel.

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, il a Ă©tĂ© refait Ă  neuf, il est trĂšs propre et est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec de l’électromĂ©nager de qualitĂ©. Il est est fidĂšle aux photographies, avec deux chambres de bonnes taille, une avec un lit en 140 et l’autre avec un lit en 160, le confort! Le cadre est superbe! L’annonce est en revanche imprĂ©cise. Les draps, serviettes, torchons, Ă©ponges, ne sont pas fournis, ni les condiments de base (huile, vinaigre) Ă  l’exception du sel et du poivre. La machine Ă  cafĂ© est une machine Ă  cafĂ© filtres. Il faut quitter les lieux avant 10h et non 11h comme indiquĂ© sur l’annonce. Les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs sympathiques. Ils offrent du pineau local et des biscuits. Ils sont trĂšs accommodants. Nous les remercions vivement de mettre ce bien Ă  disposition des voyageurs que nous sommes. Nathalie

Nous avons passĂ© un week-end de 4 jours gĂ©nial !! Les hĂŽtes sont tres gentils une petite attention nous attendais Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Endroit au calme Ă  proximitĂ© du port et des commerces ainsi que la plage nous n’avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture et ça s’est top 👍 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
