Trrès belle location

Maison complètement conforme à la description. Bon rapport qualité/prix dans cette région. Propriété avec de l'espace (intérieure et extérieure), terrasse couverte appréciable et au calme. La proximité de l'autoroute peut faire peur mais on ne l'entend pas (ou très très peu). Propriétaire réactif et à l'écoute. A mon sens difficile d'aller à la plage à pied. Un très bon séjour !

Maison typiquement provençale et trés acceuillante

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est dotée d'un grand terrain très appréciable, dans un esprit typiquement local, idéalement située au calme sur les hauteurs de Saint Cyr et équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour notamment pour les bibliophiles. La terrasse est formidable et très abritée en cas de mistral. L'intérieur est accueillant et bien agencé, la SDB de jardin à l’extérieur est des plus pratique. Aussi le propriétaire est très disponible et fort sympathique. A réitérer avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour.

Schöne und grosse Villa mit grossem Garten

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen Ferien in der Villa. Zeitweise waren wir 5 erwachsene Personen und zwei kleine Kinder (4 und 6 Jahre). Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes Wohnzimmer und drei grosse Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichte. Die Küche ebenfalls und man findet alles was man benötigt. Die Veranda war vorallem im Herbst sehr nützlich, da sie an drei Seiten verglast ist und vor dem Wind gut schützte. Der Garten ist sehr gross und schön angelegt. Die Villa ist ausserhalb vom Dorf gelegen. Zu Fuss haben erwachsene Personen 25 Minuten ans Meer. Der Weg ist steil und an der Strass entlang. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die nahe Autobahn. Der Geruch der Sickergrube war zum teil wahrnehmbar. Die sanitären Anlagen sind in Ordnung, das WC in der Wohnung jedoch sehr klein. Wir genossen die Ferien und würden die Villa wieder mieten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gute Lage und hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Etwas abgelegen in grüner Villengegend. Nah zu mehreren Stränden und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Großer umfriedeter Garten, somit gut für kleinere Kinder. Problemloser und freundlicher Umgang mit Vermieter und Verwalter.

Schönes Haus mit grossem Garten

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit grossem Garten und guter Ausstattung.Wir haben uns dort mit 5 Kindern in unterschiedlichem Alter sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut zu wissen ist, dass das Meer in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen ist, der Rückweg aber stetig Bergauf führt und mit Kindern sehr mühsam ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten am Meer. Auch der Vermieter bzw. die zuständige Person waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und bemüht. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!
