Beautiful house on the beach in Saint-Brevin-les-Pins.
You will have your meals and breakfast every morning facing the sea without any road and you can walk to the beach.
You will be 5 minutes by bike from the center of Saint-Brevin-les-Pins or Saint-Brevin Ocean to go downtown to do your shopping.
You will have at disposal 4 rooms
1st room with a bed 1. 60 acces direct on swimming pool.
2nd bedroom with a bed 1. 40 acces direct on swimming pool
3 rd bedroom with a bed 1. 30 acces direct on swimming pool
4th bedroom with a king size 200x200 with view on interior patio sheltered from the wind.
You will have available a large living room with sunset guarantee on the sea in the evening.
The house has 2 bathrooms one with a shower and the other with bath and two toilets.
The pool of 9x4 (secured by an alarm) is not heated but with the bubble cover the temperature is optimum all summer.
You have a toilet and an outdoor shower around the pool and a garden furniture and a summer table for 8 people for your barbecue (available),
Stone table for lunch outside on the sea and deckchair available.
The house will be rented for a minimum of 7 days during the summer periods and you will be asked for a deposit (not cashed) as well as the proof of a holiday insurance made by your insurance.
For people wishing to have sheets available it will be asked 50 € per room otherwise you can bring your own.
Cleaning is mandatory and charged at the end of your stay.
A very important thing a little cat lives in the house of course he will live outside but will sometimes be tempted to come and ask for some allergic caresses abstain!

Excellent séjour!
Nous avons passé une petite semaine très agréable chez Nadine. La villa est très bien située avec une vue très sympathique sur la mer. La piscine, à la température parfaite, est abritée du vent et des regards. La villa est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, elle dispose d'un grand séjour et de chambres confortables. La déco générale est gaie et lumineuse. Tous ces éléments ont contribué à ce que nous passions un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons ce lieu et notre hôte qui a régulièrement pris des nouvelles et se tenait disponible si nécessaire.
