This house, located in Saint Branchs, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool from 15 May to 15 September, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace, in the garden or on the balcony.

The house features cleaning products, mosquito nets, central heating, ironing equipment and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7.5 euros per person to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 7.5 euros per person to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.65 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.
1 extra child can be accepted on request (1 single bed available). The garden is 1 hectare. Extra fees may apply for heating until june.
