Disliked: Cleanliness
We had a reservation from February 13th to 15th, with check-in after 4:00 p.m..We found the door unlocked, when entering the room was uncleaned and smelled like a garage. Tried to reach the host personally but he forwarded my number to the cleaning staff, who arrived 10 minutes later and said they didn’t know about a “check-in.” The host never called and only communicated through the portal.We had to change into our clothes for dinner and leave our belongings and pets with someone we didn’t know. When returning from dinner the room did not have that clean refresh smell. The shower was in good condition but had low water pressure, requiring the guest to be directly under the showerhead and close to the wall-mounted faucet.The host offered a cleaning refund of the cleaning fee which I found insulting. The experience of arrival was unacceptable, and the inconvenience of leaving our personal belongings and animals with a total stranger was not significant.The positive aspects were that pets were allowed and the outdoor seating area was pleasant with its lights and covered seating.In conclusion,
