Finca Eden Son Manyo 222 with pool in Mallorca

Located just a few minutes from Sa Pobla, the fantastic house "Son Manyo 222" is the perfect home for a family or friends holiday.



The private plot is very well maintained and has a wide paved path and a lot of lawn area around the large round swimming pool of 5m in diameter.

The beautiful garden also has a large covered barbecue area and a private children's playground.

The house is modern and made of high-quality materials. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa area with satellite TV, a large dining table and a spacious open kitchen with dishwasher.



On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: two with two single beds (90x190 cm) and another with a double bed (150x190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and a toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor is the main bedroom with access to the large terrace, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The bed measures 180x200cm.

Of course, the house is fully equipped and has wifi and air conditioning throughout the property.

The nearest shops and restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away, in the Mallorcan village: Sa Pobla. Alcudia Beach, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are 15 minutes by car.

Pool and Barbeque were great and a well kept outside area. Good levels of privacy in the grounds of the property. We arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning and decided to check out by first thing Tuesday morning as there was too much barking from multiple dogs in the area making it difficult to relax. While it is beyond the control of the property it should be highlighted that this is a common issue in this area so that you can make an informed decision.

Great Finca & Great Vacation

We spend one week with two families with 4 kids in the Finca. It was very relaxing, the Finca was perfectly maintained and overall in very good condition. Can definitely recommend it to everybody!

Schöne Finca mit schöner Terrasse und großem Pool

Die Finca hält, was versprochen wurde. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der wirklich große Pool ist nicht nur für Kinder ein Hit. Man kann durchaus auch mal einen ganzen Tag auf dem Anwesen verbringen, ohne das es langweilig wird.

Traum Finca

Wir haben die Finca im September für 10 Tage genutzt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Hausmeister lief völlig reibungslos ab. Er hat uns schnell alles gezeigt und kam auch alle 3 Tage um die Pflanzen zu bewässern und den Müll abzuholen. Das Grundstück welches zur Finca gehört ist ein Traum. Riesig groß, toll angelegt und bepflanz etc. Der Pool hat einen Durchmesser von knappen 10 Metern und ist von 75 cm bis 175 cm tief. Man konnte sehr gut planschen. Die Liegeplätze sind wie auf den Fotos schön um den Pool verteilt, sodass jeder seine Ruhe geniessen konnte. Der Spielplatz welcher dazu gehört wurde von unseren Kindern sehr viel benutzt. Es war auch schön, dass dieser mit Kunstrasen ausgestattet ist. Die Outdoorküche mit dem Grill haben wir auch sehr oft genutzt. Dieser Grill ist sehr schön groß. Sämtliches Material welches man zum grillen benötigt war auch noch vor Ort. Zur Finca. Diese ist komplett wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert. Tolle Schlafzimmer, gute Betten, verschiedene Decken und Kissen sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss. Diese brummt doch relativ laut und stört leicht. Am ersten Abend kam auf einmal kein Wasser mehr aus der Leitung. Wir haben den Hausmeister informiert und nach ca. 1 Stunde kam er direkt mit einem Handwerker vorbei und hat den Schaden beseitigt. Einen Morgen hatten wir doch sehr viele Ameisen im Schlafzimmer. Der Hausmeister hat umgehend Ameisenköder vorbei gebracht. Das lief wirklich supi. Das tolle an dieser Finca ist wirklich das man nicht direkt alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt, weil jede der Häuser ausreichend Abstand zu einander hat und durch die Bepflanzung auch niemand anderen sieht Wichtig ist noch, dass man sich Mückenschutz einpackt. Die kleinen Biester waren in den Abend und Morgenstunden doch sehr aktiv. Da wäre es toll, wenn in den Schlafzimmern die Fenster mit Mückengage versehen würden. Dann könnte man nachts auch mal das Fenster auflassen. Daher von uns eine volle Empfehlung für dieses Objekt. Und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.
