Wonderful family villa in a residential area surrounded with a beautiful garden, private pool+ jaccuzzi and barbecue. The house has in the first floor a romantic living-room with fire-place, a cosy kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one in suite. There are 6 air conditioning (cool and heat) . Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, and the possibility of extra beds for kids. In the ground floor you got a jacuzzi, a laundry room and bathroom with shower.
The electricity is extra . You must pay the electricity consumed during your stay . The price is 0.33 euro/kw.

You wake up and forget for a moment that you are not at home. The sunshine sneaking through the windows reminds you that you are in Mallorca.

Coffee is getting ready while you decide whether going for a swim in your private pool or in a trip to the beach only 10 minutes away by car. Silence surprise you, is it too quiet?

Why aren't your children screaming and running around?

Oh, of course, they are just playing upstairs in the playground area, entertained at least with the novelty of the last toy kitchen and toy food.

Paradise Home in a terrific location

We visited 31/05/25 - 07/06/25This is a beautiful villa with exceptional pool area and loads of space for a family trip. We were three couples (family) and we had bathrooms each, lots of storage and hanging space, comfortable beds in air conditioned bedrooms. Location is wonderful. Location is terrific, Crestatx is a quiet hamlet five minutes out of Sa Pobla which has all amenities (supermarkets, Trains, Pharmacy etc) Fifteen minutes to Pollenca and Port de Pollenca and about the same to Alcudia and the huge beach in Port d"Alcudia. Close to Cala Sant Vincenc which is idyllic.We took a half day trip to the monastery at Lluc which was lovely - mountain drive on a small road but worth it. Trains from Sa Pobla (five mins away) to Palma - very easy cheap way to get into the city. Property was super clean and very well equipped, great outside sitting and dining areas, and lots of parking (we had three cars). Too hot to use the hot tub but it is a great feature. Katy is a great host very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful family holiday in this fantastic house. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay

This villa was great for us with our young children. The toy kitchen was appreciated by our 2 year old and the pool was just perfect. Table tennis, basketball and pool were great entertainment. The only place you can walk to is El Chringuito - luckily it’s a lovely Argentinian bar with great empanadas and live music at the weekend. We were anxious about our crawling baby on the terrace as she could have crawled under the gap in the fence and fallen a very long way - something to be cautious of. The beds were SO comfy - we have all been googling trying to see if we can buy the mattresses for home! Our electric was under 100 euros for the week. Used air con in all bedrooms at night but didn’t use the hot tub. Katy Mary communicated really well. We loved our stay, thank you!

Amazing villa and location

We had the most perfect time.....

The property is incredible and Katy is the perfect host. We found the location to be ideal - about 15 mins from both Alcudia and Pollensa and about 35 mins from the airport. The villa is equipped with everything you need and kept our children entertained all week - even on the day we had a severe storm! We were all sad to leave and hope to return one day soon. P.S. you do have to pay for electricity and after a previous review we were worried about this but paid €135 for a week (8 people) and that included use of hot tub one night during our stay so very reasonable.

Great villa!

Host ( Katy Mary ) was amazing. Sorted any issues we had instantly! The photos do not do this Villa justice. It is massive with everything you need for your ideal holiday! Only thing we were surprised ( or I should say shocked at ) was the price of the electricity! For our 10 day stay we had to pay 350 euros. So just be aware of the cost when you are using the air con etc. We did not ( thankfully) use the hot tub as our electric bill would have been much higher!! Otherwise a lovely place to spend your holiday!

We had a great family holiday.. the villa is great for families and the pool is amazing...Our grandson who is 2.5 went from not getting in the big pool to jumping in and swimming.. Communication and with Katy was great from when we booked to leaving the Villa... I can highly recommend this villa...

Neighbours spoiled the villa for us

Villa was just as good as the photos. Comfy beds, great pool and easy to find. Our little niggles were that it wasn’t possible to walk to restaurants (about 4km to the town centre on a road which is easy to drive, but with no footpath for much of it), and there were several steps up to the villa which I found difficult as I have mobility issues (use a chair). They are clear on the pictures, but I thought there was a front door - my fault. However we had to leave the villa on the third day since the people in the villa next door played loud dance music outside from morning till night, meaning we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space. Our host said she spoke with them several times, but the music always came back. Since the villa is in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, this was a real shame, so left for somewhere quieter rather than spend the whole week miserable and complaining.

A perfect find!

This is an outstanding property. Ideal for indoor/outdoor living. Lots of space to relax with friends. Extremely well equipped and well situated for the northern towns of Port de Alcudia and Port de Pollenca. Katymary is a very welcoming host and we look forward to returning.

Amazing host and lovely villa

Katymary could not have been more helpful. The property was as lovely and as described with all the extra touches of the welcome hamper and cycles really appreciated. The location is nice and quiet to enjoy a relaxing holiday and nothing was too much trouble for the host. Very helpful information before visit and during. We really appreciated the maintenance of the pool also.

Very nice house

We spent a short week with two families of four in the house. All teenage kids had a very good time playing basketball, table tennis, swimming and soaking in the jacuzzi. The adults enjoyed the billiards, the bbq, the deck and the various corners in the garden to relax and chat. The house is comfortable and Katymary - the house manager - was very nice and helpful. Checking in with us during our stay to see if everything was all right. Also she gave nice advice on where to eat and what to do. The only thing that was not so nice were the mosquitoes which were pretty bad. We had.an amazing stay and made really nice new memories!

A lovely stay

Very nice property. It is exactly like the pictures. It is a great base for beaches or seeing thhe rest of the island. Katymary was a very helpful host. Very quick to respond to questions, not only about the house but also gave us some good advice on restaurants and even parking across the other side of the island. The aircon was a blessing during our very hot stay. The swimming pool and pool table were also well used.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is amazing: beautifully maintained with great facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, all the bedrooms are large and smartly furnished, the villa has air con throughout and modern tech like a smart TV and alarm system. The swimming pool and surrounding outdoor area are great. The villa also comes with a pool table, table tennis, hot tub, basketball hoop and ball, a children's play area, and a whole host of other toys like balls and inflatables. Plus the owner is lovely. We are very likely to book again!

Great for family

We had a lovely holiday at the villa, located in a residential area just 10 min drive from Pollenca and 15 min from Puerto Pollenca. It is a secured compound with steel gates and security in place although the area is very quiet and safe. The house is modernised throughout with new and stylish kitchen and bathrooms. The very large and lofty patio balcony outside the kitchen and lounge area is a very lovely place to have meals and play games. Although the fencing around the patio is an open steel design so I would be cautious with a crawling baby or a tiny toddler. The villa is also equipped with a very large tv screen with Netflix in addition to basketball hoop and pool table to keep everyone occupied. Our children also enjoyed the koi fish pond in the back garden in addition to the beautiful salt pool. We have been to many villas in northern Mallorca and I would highly recommend this villa for its high spec, cleanliness, and stylishness. The addition of a welcome gift with fruits, biscuits and chilled bottles of various drinks together with pre-supplied nespresso capsules were an amazing touch after a very long and hot travel.

Amazing Villa

We spent 10 days in this superb Villa nestled amongst the quiet of Crestatx in May around other friends for a wedding in Mallorca. The property was immaculate both inside and out with a beautifully kept pool with plenty of sun loungers and a fabulous barbecue for the long warm evenings. A pool table and hot tub were also amazing touches for the family. The beds were all very comfortable and air conditioning was very much welcomed at night. The kitchen was full equipped with plenty of space and plenty of space to entertain. This Villa is perfect for families and groups of friends, ideally situated a 10 minute drive to Sa Pobla and 15 minutes to Alcudia where there are plenty of bars and restaurants by the sea to be enjoyed. Katy was a wonderful host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the Villa. She was easily contactable for anything we needed. Would highly recommend this Villa and would stay here again without a doubt! Thank you Katy!

Luxury Villa

Everything from the standards of the fixtures and fittings to the decor makes this place stand out as special. Spotlessly clean too. The photos don't do it justice. Eight of us stayed for two weeks and there was more than enough room for everyone - it's really spacious. The pool is absolutely fabulous and was a great temperature during our stay. There is plenty of shade available around the villa, including the pool area, for anyone who doesn't want to get pruned or lobstered up. The spa pool was particularly good for cooling off in the heat We didn't realise the pool was salt instead of chlorine before booking but it was so much better for everyone's skin and much more pleasant to be in than a chlorine pool - definitely a plus point and something we will look out for in future. A car is essential due to the location and Sa Pobla, with it's traditional square surrounded by bars and restaurants, along with several supermarkets, is only 5 minutes away or €8-9 in a taxi. Buffet night on Wednesday's at Bar Casa Miss is an absolute must - starts at 6:30, book a table early to avoid the crush. Tells you all you need to know that it's so popular with locals. Just 10 minutes to Pollensa old town, 15 minutes to the family friendly beaches of Alcudia and the same in the opposite direction to the traditional market town of Inca mean there is plenty close at hand to keep everyone occupied. There's plenty more to do within easy driving distance although we struggled to pull ourselves away from the cooling pool and ice cold lager beer (get on the Argus at 21¢ a can from Lidl - very moreish). There is a bus stop within easy walking distance but the buses are only once an hour and not particularly cheap. Pool table and table tennis are great for keeping the kids entertained as well as teaching them how to be gracious losers. We couldn't ask for more from Katy Mary and Xisco who were always on hand to resolve any issues quickly. No real complaints, thanks so much for letting us stay, a wonderful time was had by all.

Chilled out stay at lovely villa

Katy Mary is a fabulous host and ensures you have everything you need. The villa and pool are lovely with a lot of outdoor space making it feel very secluded whilst being spacious. We visited Pollenca and Alcudia several times as it’s only 20 mins by car. We love this area and keep coming back to explore. Hope to see you again soon!

Sehr netter Empfang durch Katymary, vielen Dank für den tollen Willkommenskorb (Obst, Kekse, Chips, Wein, Getränke im Kühlschrank)! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Crestatx sehr genossen: Villa, Garten, Pool, Fahrräder... was will man mehr? Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sa Pobla, mit dem Auto. Auch in Coronazeiten ist Mallorca wunderbar: Einreise nur mit PCR-Test & alle tragen immer Maske, auch im Straßencafé, beim Spazierengehen oder beim Einkaufen auf dem Markt. Kein Wunder liegt der Inzidenzwert unter 20. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

AMAZING!!

The photos of this fabulous house don’t do the size, look and purpose justice. We stayed for a week (6 adults 1 baby - ages from 82-10 months) and it perfectly suited every age group. Spacious, practical, homely and equipped with everything you need to stay tucked away during a difficult time because of Covid. KatyMary met us at the property even though it was the middle of the night and checked in with us to check we were ok. The hosts have thought of everything right down to a playroom for children that my little girl loved exploring! Conveniently located for Sa Pobla (with a large supermarket) and an easy drive to Alcúdia (where the beach is well worth a visit for the day) and only half an hours drive from the airport this place couldn’t have worked better for us. We will 100% be back! Thank you so much for letting us stay and being a fabulous host!

Fabulous villa in a great location

This is by far one of the best villa’s we have stayed in. It is extremely well equipped, it had everything we needed. It is located near Sa Pobla so we could drive in there to do our shopping easily at the Elroski supermarket. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved playing table tennis and basketball (and watching the full box set of Sherlock Holmes!). There are lots of areas to relax around the villa. It was very hot when we were there, 36 degrees in the day. We had to put on the AC units in the bedrooms at night. Katy Mary greeted us on our arrival very late at night. There was a welcome basket of food which was very much appreciated for the first morning. Nothing was ever any trouble for our host if we needed to check something. The gardens and the pool are extremely well maintained. The resorts of Port de Pollença and Alcúdia are within easy reach if you want to go there but we preferred the little cove of Cala St Vince and visited Pollensa old town which is really lovely and good for eating out. My husband rented a road bike and cycled to Cap de Formentor and Sa Calobra. We would definitely go back and stay in this villa. We also loved Majorca.

Lovely Villa

Villa is stunning, set in spacious grounds. The outside jacuzzi and pool is perfect for kids. The owner Katy, was very helpful and we would definitely return in the future!

Unexpected Perfect holidays

This is our first time renting a Villa and we couldn’t have been luckier. Everything was perfect: the pool, hot tub, even the toys for children!!! We decided to rent this one because of the other reviews, and now we see that they were totally right. We can’t thank Katy enough for her house. We will definitely come back again!!
