Beautiful property atrociously managed. Stay away
The property looked great from the website.
When i booked a refundable deposit of £150 was requested. I tried, unsuccessfully, to pay this from a different card than the card I booked with. Then I paired with the booking card. When I turned up at the property there is no reception, no staff, the place was deserted.
I called the phone number to get my check in details to find the deposit hadn’t been taken and I still had to pay it.
It took almost an hour in total to check in.
The property is lovely, well equipped and clean.
My deposit was held for 2 weeks until I contacted the property again and requested its return.
Apparently this property is under new management. They have very unusual way or running a business.
I will NOT return to this property.
