Stylish cottages, countryside views, wood burning hot tubs, 20 mins to Cambridge

The six barns have been built with an eco conscience, with timber frame structures and recycled building materials. They are fuelled by a biomass boiler using renewable energy (which keeps the underfloor heating toasty warm).

Each barn has its own unique name, character and style, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open plan living area and kitchen. Matilda Studio offers open plan living and sleeping, while The Sheringham Hut provides a contemporary glamping space (shares facilities with Lily Barn). Amba Barn has a large table that can seat 12 people and a larger living space in which to congregate as a group. A trestle table can be added on request, increasing this number to 16, however if you wish to dine as a larger group please let us know, and we will try to accommodate.

There is plenty of outdoor space in which to venture and relax, with lovely undisturbed views of the open countryside. A rustic BBQ, fire pit and covered dutch barn with picnic bench seating, allow for a wonderful alfresco experience. You will have access to three gorgeous wood burning hot tubs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that our minimum stay requirement from June - August is 3 nights (Friday - Monday) plus Christmas/ NYE/ BHs. The good news is that it's cheaper to book 3 nights directly than to book 2 nights via Airbnb! Contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
We have 2 single pull out beds that can be added on request - we charge £50 per night for an extra person. Please request at least 1 week ahead of check in.
A pre-payment hold will be taken on your credit card to act as a security deposit before you check in.
Please see our Ts&Cs regarding pets and contact us if you wish to bring a dog.

We stayed at Clopton Courtyard for my sister’s hen do, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 18. The accommodation worked brilliantly, as we were split into smaller groups of 3 or 4, which gave everyone their own space while still feeling connected.The real highlight was the large outdoor undercover area, which became our communal hub for the weekend. It was ideal for bringing everyone together, whatever the weather, and made the whole experience feel really special.Everything was spot on from start to finish, and it was the perfect setting for a celebration like this. I’d highly recommend Clopton Courtyard for group getaways or special occasions
