The living room and the adjoining dining area with kitchen blend into each other without a dividing wall and radiate in the airy ambience of a beautiful winter garden with roof glazing.
In the living room, opposite the comfortable corner sofa, a gas-heated fireplace is integrated, which prepares additional cozy warmth on request.

The kitchen is equipped with everything that makes your holiday stay uncomplicated and pleasant: large dining table, stove with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crockery incl. Equipment.

The master bedroom is located separately in the rear part of the apartment, equipped with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm).

On the large sofa bed in the living room, two additional adults can be accommodated if required.

A special attraction awaits the kids: The small staircase in the hall leads up to the »private sleeping place« for 2 children, directly under the rooftop. The height of this sleeping loft is approx. 140 cm. "Hey, a real adventure cave - that's when the big boys will be jealous!"
