The staff was extremely friendly but The room itself was dirty. My young child was bit by bed bugs and I found one small bed bug crawling on the floor. I have since left and requested a refund for the remaining two nights.

The room was cold, the door didnt close tight. The key card never worked even after a twn day stay. The gaurd, hasaan was extremely unprofessional. He asked for proof of stay and when produced he still was very unprofessional. Overall, wont be staying there again.
