I got a single queen when two beds were booked. Room and hall ways smelled like smoke. No iron. Would not accommodate to give another room unless we had an upgrade for additional $100 Expedia corrected the issue by moving is to another hotel. If we had booed through the hotel we would have been screwed.

Whole building smelled like cigarettes. The floor of the hallway off the extremely small lobby seemed to be unfinished concrete. (There was a sign on the door saying there was construction going on, but no one was working on it and it wasn’t blocked off, so I’m pretty sure it was just like that.) Clerk was nowhere to be found, had to call the phone number on the desk to get him to show up, and he casually mentioned (unprompted) that he was tripping as he checked me in. The numbers on the elevator buttons had almost entirely worn off, and a couple were badly cracked. It took several tries before my room key actually unlocked the door, and I had to shove hard to get it to fully shut. Almost all the knobs on the drawers of the furniture were crooked. There was about half of a two liter bottle of soda left in the room fridge. The room wasn’t carpeted, which makes the fact that it obviously hadn’t been cleaned even more unforgivable, since a person could have run a dust mop over it in about two minutes. I figured that if they neglected to deal with extremely basic, obvious stuff like that, they definitely wouldn’t have bothered with anything else, so I just got out of there. Reading other reviews afterwards, I’m convinced I dodged a bullet. You would for real be better off sleeping in your car.

I was nervous to stay here after seeing some of the reviews, but just as a place to sleep it was fine. Bed was clean and comfortable aside from the pillows. It was under construction so I’m not sure if that had any effect on the conditions or not, but the floors weren’t very clean. Shower knob was broken so it only had one temperature and water pressure was very weak. Toilet flush also had a very weak pressure to it. There was no chain on the door so had to move something behind the door to feel safer about it. Again, it was fine because it was cheap and we only needed to sleep there. Would stay there again if I only needed somewhere to sleep. Not if I needed to spend a lot of time in the room/hotel.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. On top of that, the elevator wasn’t working, which made things really difficult, especially with luggage. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
