The entire 3 nights I was there my room did not have warm water. I had to take cold showers all 3 nights of my stay. I informed the front desk manager and maintenance came twice and said to give it an hour and the water should be hot. It never was fixed. I had to go to a family members home to wash my hair. I requested if the manager could provide a refund for one night or half a night. I was informed to direct my complaints to the third party I booked with. I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times and never will go back again agate this

The property was nice and the only thing I had an issue with is that I reserved a king bed and it was given to someone else and I had to take two queens because I was told they requested it when they got there and I had booked a whole week prior. The room I had was okay, it had a few stains on the floor and on two of the pillows it was very noisy above me and you can hear all the walking and jumping around.

This was our 3rd time staying at Home 2 suite Hilton at this Richmond location. Every time we've had a great experience. Staff, front desk and house keeping all are wonderful and very helpful. We will be stay again on our next yearly family reunion visit To Houston.

Slipping in quality

We have stayed for at least two weeks at this property for the past gour years, and the quality has slipped. While the front desk folks are great, the hotel is not. We never got adequate hot water in the shower. The maid service (every other day, which is fine) would forget one of the four things they were supposed to do (trash, towels, linens, vacuum) more often than not. There were no can openers or wine screws on the property. And the breakfast is just average to poor. We will likely not stay there again.
This was our view for 17 days. And the garbage truck was nice enough to empty these bins at 4 or 5AM.

Excellent stay

We stayed for six days in this hotel. The hotel was very clean, elevators were fast and clean, room was spacious and clean and comfortable and had good shower, the breakfast was good and all items always were available until the last moment of breakfast time. Overall it was one of our best stays and definitely will choose this hotel at our next trip.
