Single storey Provencal villa with individual swimming pool in Roquefort les Pins, in a green and peaceful setting (no busy road, in an estate).

In the heart of the Côte d'Azur, Roquefort les Pins allows you easy access to many tourist villages (Grasse and its perfumes, St Paul de Vence and its artists, Mougins, Cannes, Nice ...).
The villa is 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 10 minutes from the motorway.

Our villa is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes by car from the center and all the local shops (bakery, intermarket, restaurants, press, pharmacy ...), as well as two cinemas with a 3D room.
Every Wednesday, a Provencal market is held in the village center.

Comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms, plus sofa bed in the living room for 8 people (possibility of adding mattresses on request to the floor), with private pool with automatic cover.
Garden on 2400 m2 of enclosed land.

At the front of the villa, bedrooms and living room open widely onto the south sun terrace and the swimming pool.
A beautiful barbecue area with pizza oven welcomes you for your meals and moments of relaxation (wooden barbecue). Around the pool, deckchairs for your moments of relaxation and rest.
A ping-pong table, a large trampoline (5.20m), an adult swing set and apparatus are available.
The garden is fenced and closed with an electric gate. You can safely park your cars there.

Lovely holiday in a very quiet, peaceful location, easy driving to Valbonne, Mougin, St Paul de Venice, Antibes. The hosts were very welcoming. Property was as described and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and a saviour in the heat, although pool furniture could do with an upgrade. Would highly recommend if happy with a quieter location, but still with good access to the coast.

Lovely, large villa with big pool

Two grand-parents, two parents and two children (3 and 5) really enjoyed our stay in this large three bedroomed villa (all on one level). There was plenty of room for everyone with a very well equipped kitchen and spacious living areas inside and out. The 24 x 12 metre pool was the centre of attention. It was about a ten minute drive to the local shops, restaurants etc. A car is essential and there's good parking. Antibes and other resorts are fairly close an definitely worth visiting. I hope we can come again.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Rien à dire sur le logement, hôtes à l'écoute et disponibles, situation idéale, à proximité immédiate des principaux endroits à visiter (et également de très bons conseils de la part de Christelle et Patrick concernant ces dits endroits à voir) tout en étant au calme... ET LA PISCINE !!! que dire ? immense, propre, système d'éclairage, etc... Nous y retournerions sans probleme.

Parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour en famille chez Christelle et Patrick. La maison est parfaitement equipée et offre tout le confort attendu. Petits et grands ont beaucoup apprecié les installations: une piscine tres spacieuse (où nous avons passé l'essentiel du sejour), trampoline, table de ping pong, panier de baskets, balançoires, hamac... en temps de canicule, la clim dans toutes les pieces était un plus non negligeable! Soirées barbecue avec de magnifiques éclairages. De beaux villages à visiter (Saint Paul de Vence, Villeneuve Loubet, Vieil Antibes...) et commerces à 5 minutes en voiture (boucheries, boulangerie, supermarché, primeur...). Et enfin, un superbe accueil de Christelle et Patrick qui sont très à l'ecoute en plus d'etre sympathiques!

Lovely holiday

We spent a very relaxing week in Roquefort Les Pins. The house is well located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The pool is very big and the children enjoyed diving into it whilst we enjoyed lounging around it. There is also a great ping pong table and large trampoline. We enjoyed doing barbecues in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioned house is very spacious and confortable. We would happily come back to spend some quality family time.

Vacances très reposantes !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La bouteille de vin au frais était bienvenue après une longue route ! Les extérieurs autour de la piscine et la piscine sont superbes, y compris avec les éclairages de nuit et nous y avons passé l’essentiel de notre temps. La table de ping-pong était également bienvenue pour s’amuser. La maison est dans un environnement résidentiel calme bien appréciable et des chemins de randonnée sont assez proches de la maison. Vous passerez du bon temps dans cette maison où la climatisation permet de bien se reposer la nuit. Et la literie est top, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances !

Magnifique semaine au calme

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très belle propriété. Notre mot d'ordre était "farniente" et profiter à fond de la très belle piscine. Notre petite famille a adoré l'endroit ; notre fille s'est extasiée devant la piscine immense, et n'a que trop goûté au plongeoir ; notre chien s'est délecté du grand terrain entièrement clos ; et pour notre part, nous avons beaucoup aimé et le frigo américain : eau fraîche et glaçons à volonté. L'endroit parfait pour profiter de la région (proximité commerces, plage de Cagnes, Polygone Riviera, Valbonne, Vence, etc.), et se reposer. Nous espérons revenir, car nous avons peut-être trouvé notre petit coin de paradis, 1 semaine par an :-).

VACANCE RIQUEFORT LES PINS

Bonjour Une belle semaine sans les Alpes maritime. Différents points qui faudrait améliorer, la première chose en arrivent le BBQ était pas nettoyer, sans les chambres ke nettoyages sol et sous les lits n'étaient pas au rendez-vous, les meuble de jardin auraient besoin d'être changé, amateur de ping pong, une nouvelle table serait une bonne idée, la lumière de la piscine n'est pas au bon endroit. Autrement la propriété très agréable terain clôturé pour les chiens super,pour les enfants trampoline jeux, et la cuisine très bien équipée, pour notre part nous avons trouvez une piscine spacieuse 12x5. A 10 min de Villeneuve loubet et cagne sur mer, 20 min de st Paul de Vence et de Grasse. Je finirais par les propriétaires, estelle et Patrice sont super et très disponible.

Pour commencer , nous avons était accueillit comme des rois malgré l’heure tardive auquel nous sommes arrivé. Ils ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer sur leur propriété et ses alentours. Monsieur et Madame Helbert sont des personnes d’une extrême gentillesse. En ce qui concerne la maison , il y a vraiment tout à dispotion dans la maison que ce soit en équipement cuisine ( très belle cuisine d’ailleurs ) ou en literie ( les lits sont confortable ) La vue de la terrasse du haut est impressionnante. Et la piscine ? Que dire de la piscine mis à part que c’était parfait. Grande piscine avec profondeur , plongeoir. Elle n’est pas chauffé mais cela n’est pas un soucie avec le soleil que nous avons eu toute la semaine. Au contraire. Ça rafraîchit. En ce qui concerne le côté jardin , avec un grand barbecue , une grande terrasse pour manger et un petit coin au fond du jardin avec table et chaisses , parfait pour ce détendre et prendre le petit déjeuné. Chaisse longue pour bronzer Nous n’avons rien eu à redire sur ses super vacance mis à part merci pour votre accueil. Nous recommandant les yeux fermé Et si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme , avec uniquement le bruit des cigales. Foncez :) Et pour finir , je vous remercie de nous avoir fais confiance. Tout le monde ne laisse pas leur maison à un groupe de jeunes de 25 ans en moyenne et nous en sommes conscient. C’est pour ça que nous vous remercions de votre confiance.

Fantastisk dejligt hus, udendørsareal og pool. God beliggenhed.

Superskønt hus med et meget lækkert køkken og med super udendørs faciliteter. Stor lækker pool, bordtennis og en skøn overdækket terasse med grill mm. Huset ligger godt i forhold til Nice, Cannes, strand mm. Gode indkøbsfaciliteter i byen men selve byen er lidt kedelig da der ikke er en egentligt bykerne.
