wunderschöne Lage, älteres Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen (wir waren vor 16 Jahren bereits dort und es wurde - bis auf die Bestuhlung im Aussenbereich und die Matratzen nichts erneuert), doch ist die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, die Ruhe in der kleinen Wohnsiedlung und die kleine Poolanlage wunderschön. Selten erreicht man in kurzer Zeit soviel Erholung, wie dort. Der Preis ist sehr stolz für das Haus, wenn nicht alle 6 Plätze genutzt werden. Aber es entspricht dem Preisnivau der Côte dÁzur.

Plein Sud à volonté

Dit is de 2e maal in deze residentie, prachtig zwembad met royaal zeezicht, jammer van de overbuur, zijn huis staat in de weg voor een prachtig point de vue. Niet perfect qua huishoud artikelen en de zonwering kan een investering gebruiken maar dat kon ons enthousiasme niet deren. Zeker aan te raden, wel geen pure luxe maar alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Al geboekt voor volgend jaar, dit zegt dus genoeg. Grtjs

Een ruim huis, goede bedden– niet te breed.De keuken is wat aandacht waard, met name de pannen zijn nogal beschadigd en hebben geen deksels. De inrit is moeilijk en stijl, met een kleine auto gaat het prima. Dekbedden zijn 2 pers. 1 slaapkamer met 2 1pers. dekbedden Verder een prima vakantiehuis. Nog een opmerking: de rekening voor het gebruik van elektra is exclusief de stroom voor het zwembad, deze komt daar nog bij. Reisetipps: De supermarkt in Les Issambre is goed voorzien, redelijk geprijsd en dichtbij.Nice 83 km. is een drukke stad maar de binnenstad is de moeite waard evenals het hoger gelegen park waar voor kinderen veel is te doen. St.Paul de Vence is een vestingstadje met veel historie, aanbevolen restaurant "Caruso", heerlijk eten en goede service.

Het is weer uitstekend bevalle...

Het is weer uitstekend bevallen, voor het 5de jaar 2 weken, jammer dat er zo rigoreus gesnoeid is,de heg direkt aan de straat was ongeveer een halve meter te laag om enige privacy te waarborgen. Ook de rest van de begroeiing was erg kort gesnoeid. Men kon vanaf de straat ongehinderd op het terras/zwembad kijken, zelfs op de eettafel in de serre. De jasmijn had vorig jaar al het loodje gelegd maar stond nog gewoon tegen de muur (helemaal zwart)Er was wel prima schoongemaakt.De tv heeft geen Nederlandse (BVN)zenders,wel heel veel Duits en Franse zenders. Het keukengerei en servies/glaswerk is nog steeds een ratjetoe. Verder vinden we het nog steeds lastig dat de sleutelbeheerders geen woord Engels of Duits spreken.De 2 1 persoons bedden waar wij altijd inslapen zijn gammel en aan de (te) korte kant. De bedden waren nu zelfs voor het raam geplaatst zodat we die niet open konden doen. We hebben ze weer verplaatst, bedden en kastje. Verder is het niet goed donker te krijgen, luxaflexje kun je niet open/dicht doen en gordijnen zijn wit.De zonneluifels zitten vol gaten en scheuren.

Schoene Wohnung in ruhige Lage. Wer Abends draussen sitzen will muss unbedingt Insektenspray gebrauchen oder unter die Ueberdachung eine Zitronellakerze brennen. Reisetipps: Sehr viel Wander– und ausflugsmoegligkeiten. Mehr einkaufsmoeglichkeiten in Saint–Maxime. Ausser July und August sind die genuae Daten fuer Ausflugsmoeglichkieten mit dem Schiff direkt von der Hafen Les Issambres zu beachten.

Wij hebben het wel weer fijn gehad maar:Er zat schimmel op de ligbeddenFijne nieuwe badkamer maar het bad was erg smal.Contactpersonen spreken alleen Frans, geen woord Engels of Duits, heel lastig!Luxaflex in slaapkamer heeft geen draaistokje.Geen vaatwastablettenGeen deksels voor op de pannenWeinig gewone drinkglazenWe vinden dat de tuin (vooral de oleanders) erg kort gesnoeid worden, er waren weinig bloemen, we hebben maar een pot gekocht. Verder lag de oprit en het terras vol met dennenaalden en droogblad en was de tuin erg droog. Reistips: Bord de mer, Lac de Sainte Croix en de Gorges du Verdon, Menton, Mougins, port Grimaud, massief l 'Esterel

séjour convenable mis à part la piscine qui n'a pas été entretenue pendant notre occupation ; à déplorer également des odeurs extérieures dues probablement à une mauvaise évacuation des eaux usées avec difficulté d'écoulement des lavabos et douches.Des défauts à signaler concernant les parasolspieds non adaptés, donc non utilisables. Conseils de voyage: Région très agréable où nous avons l'habitude de séjourner en toutes saisons.
