Relaxing beach stay

In a very quiet area and a very short walk to a lovely beach.Even though the road is behind the beach you really don't notice it and the quality of the sand and cleanliness of the beach is excellent. We visited in June so it was still relatively quiet. There are two good quality restaurants within walking distance offering standard food menus : pizzas, burgers, steak etc and a mini supermarket for groceries is next door. All good. The house is actually the top floor only but it is well stocked with all necessary utensils and everything worked perfectly.

Villa au calme dans une résidence, avec toutes les commodités

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine, malgrĂ© une mĂ©tĂ©o capricieuse (2 jours de pluie), mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ©s de nous balader, et il y a du choix (le logement est Ă  quelques minutes du Massif des Petites Maures et pas trĂšs loin de l'Esterell). La maison correspondait bien Ă  toutes les photos. L'accĂšs Ă  un tennis et une piscine (partagĂ©s) est un rĂ©el plus. A noter toutefois que le linge de maison n'est pas compris dans la rĂ©servation (15 / personne) et je n'ai pas vu cette prĂ©cision dans l'annonce.Merci Ă  Emmanuel et son Ă©pouse pour l'accueil. Votre maison vaut vraiment le coup !

Urlaub in Saint-Aygulf

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von AurĂ©lie und Emmanuel. Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit den EigentĂŒmern als auch Coralie, die das Haus verwaltet, war hervorragend. Sehr schön war auch das wir die TennisplĂ€tze mit den Kindern nutzen konnten. Zum Plage de la Gaillarde sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. Alles war sehr professionell, problemlos und entspannt, so wie sich das fĂŒr einen guten Urlaub gehört. Vielen Dank auch noch fĂŒr die wertvollen Tips zur Erkundung der Umgebung.

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous recommandons cette location oĂč nous avons passĂ© deux semaines fin juin dĂ©but juillet . La maison est bien situĂ©e par rapport Ă  la plage (accĂšs Ă  pied) et petit proxi pour le dĂ©pannage, petit stand resto Ă  emporter et pizzeria tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ© accĂšs Ă  pied , tout trĂšs bien avec des prix abordables. Pour le pain je recommande de prendre la voiture jusqu’à la boulangerie SĂ©bastien Leblond de St aygulf un vrai artisan . La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e , calme pour le voisinage Ă  notre sĂ©jour , la climatisation est un plus sans aucun doute , par contre pour moi la literie est absolument Ă  changer , bien que rĂ©cent je pense qu’un meuble en bois avec trois lattes de bois et un matelas un peu premier prix n’est pas digne de cette Location, je suggĂ©rais d’investir dans de vrai lit . Mais je comprends l’investissement que cela comporte. Par contre le canapĂ© est trĂšs confortable. Bref mise Ă  part la literie qui nous a gĂȘnĂ© , nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour , le soleil , les visites , la plage tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait , nous qui aimons la tranquillitĂ© et pas besoin de prendre la voiture tous les jours , Nous y reviendrons sĂ»rement .

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Domaine

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da, wie erwartet superschöner Aufenthalt, die Terrassen wurden erweitert und verschönert, tolles upgrade. Wenn das Meer mal zu kalt war, kann man die Pools der Domaine nutzen, sehr angenehm. Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wunderschönes Haus in 4 minĂŒtiger GehnĂ€he zum schönen Sandstrand

Ich war mit meinen 3 Kumpels Anfang September in dem wunderschönen Haus. Wir waren total beeindruckt von dem Haus, es sieht in echt deitlich besser als auf den Bildern aus. Die KĂŒche und das Bad sind komplett neu gemacht. In der KĂŒche gibt es zum kochen alles was man benötigt, sogar eine SpĂŒlmaschine. Auf der Terasse draußen steht ein fester Grill, auf dem sich super gut grillen lĂ€sst. Im Bad steht sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind alle klimatisiert sowie das Wohnzimmer. In jedem Raum gibt es Fenster, außer auf der Toilette. In den drei Schlafzimmern sind jeweils Zwei 80cm Matratzen auf einem großen Bett, das bedeutet man kann sie entweder zusammen schieben und 160cm Bett haben oder getrennt. Der Strand ist wunderschön, es gibt 2 Beachbars und unten an der Straße auch Bars und einen Supermarkt an dem man morgens auch gutes Baguette, Croissant etc. kaufen kann. Carolie hah uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir konnten bei unserer Abreise den SchlĂŒssel einfach in eine Keybox legen und gehen. Sehr reibungslos und nett. Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage, fußlĂ€ufig zum Strand gelegen. Terrasse und Balkon sind auch super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit den Kids sehr genossen, in Richtung Berge kann man auch schön wandern oder mountainbiken, die MĂ€rkte in St Pierre und Aygulf sind einen Besuch wert, ebenso Roquebrune, besonders fĂŒr Schokoladenfans; dort kann man auch Kanutouren auf der Argens unternehmen. Insgesamt uneingeschĂ€nkt zu empfehlen, fĂŒr Familien ideal

Genial !!!

La maison est trÚs bien avec tout le confort et au calme. Proximité de la plage de sable de la Gaillarde et celle des chiens un peu plus loin. Proche de sentiers pour de superbe promenade avec notre chien. Petits commerces à proximité. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et nous reviendrons mais cette fois pour deux semaines :-)

Excellent séjour dans une maison idéalement située!

Séjour idyllique dans une villa spacieuse, moderne et toute équipée à neuf : grille-pain, machine à café, lave-vaisselle, appareil à croques monsieur... bref aussi bien qu'à la maison, voir mieux ! Terrasses avec table, bains de soleil et barbecue devant et derriÚre la maison permettant de profiter un maximum des extérieurs. Jardin clos, parfait pour notre toutou. La mer à 5 minutes à pied, résidence avec cours de tennis, piscine et terrain de pétanques, parfait pour les enfants. Sans oublier le massif des petites Maures et ses sentiers de balades. Toute la famille a été conquise et a passé d'excellentes vacances dans la villa. A refaire, assurément... ;-)
