The property is overrated in terms of Star rating. There are no photos of the bath room online and we found out that it was intensional. The bathroom shower walls are plastered and decaying with a rusted shower door. The remaining bathroom was in a poor state and far from being clean. I indicated to the property manager my concerns and wanted to be reimbursed for a portion of the room cost considering it was over rated and we had no other option. He agreed with me regarding the poor condition of the room and indicated he would relay our concerns to the property owner but was only able to reimburse the property tax deposit ($30). There was a bar just below our room and the last two nights of our stay (Friday and Saturday), it was karaoke nights with poor singers and very loud music and yelling from 10h30pm until 1h00 am.

This hotel is exactly what it needs to be: a quiet, inexpensive, safe hotel in an extremely awesome location. This hotel is best suited for someone looking for a more efficiency-style hotel. It has a bed, TV, a bathroom, and some space for your luggage and that’s it. That’s not a con for this hotel, it’s exactly what my wife and I wanted as we are NOT traveling to Europe for a fancy hotel, we’re traveling to be out and about. The hotel is merely a place where we sleep and shower. I only saw one staff member, the man who checked us in. Very welcoming man and very helpful. Room service came and went unnoticed. I docked one star on quality because the shower doors didn’t really close securely all the way and so the floor would get wet when we showered. Not a big deal at all, but it is something to be improved on. Overall, if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower that’s safe, inexpensive, and in a fantastic location, this is it!

Our first impression was ‘where is the hotel?’. No clear signage, we had to ask nearby shop. We can appreciate old buildings but this one needed a lot of maintenance. The reception area poky and very dark. Our room was exceptionally small Nothing like the description of the delux room which we booked. It dark even with the lights on, the curtains were stained, the bed side tables dusty, the bathroom wasn’t tiled so there was water damage to walls and the vanity had small pieces of timber which had broken away from the water damage. There was no where nothing to put our luggage on except the floor of which there was hardy none of. There was no hotel laundry service as mention in services offered. The only good thing was the location. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend any of our family or friends to stay here.

Perfect 4 days in Rome

I booked this hotel mainly for the location which was just across the street from Piazza Navona. We are a family of 4 so the size of the suite was bigger then I expected. The only negatives were finding it was a challenge after a long day of travel. There were no signs out front indicating it was a hotel and the pull out bed wasn't the most comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful especially with explaining the bus route and how to get to train station. Would definitely stay here again!

Property looks nothing like pictures. This place was actually depressing. I felt like crying when I walked into building. It was dark and in bad shape. The window curtains had stains and were about to fall off. The shower did not drain well and poor lighting in room. Area is centrally located and in walking distance to most places. But please do not stay here if you are traveling without a man in your group.
