Queit and comfortable stay close to metro, restaurants, and shopping.
Of the three properties at which we stayed (anche Firenze e Venezia), this is the very best. Gabriele is molto amichevole (friendly), professional, and a very helpful host. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was nice. He also has a map of the metro ready and suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. The flat has very comfortable beds, nice air conditioning, and a very nice kitchen.

Comfortable flat in convenient location
Gabriele's apartment is extremely well located, especially for public transport and restaurants. It is compact but has everything you need, very comfortable beds, and Gabriele himself very kindly provided wine, much needed after travelling for as long as we had. We would absolutely stay there again.
