Excelente Departamento

El departamento es enorme y con instalaciones muy buenas. Tiene muy buenos baños. La disposición de Paola fue fantástica, estuvo siempre dispuesta a nuestras inquietudes La zona a primera impresión no es muy linda, pero es muy tranquila. Nos movíamos de noche sin problemas. Recomendable por ubicación, calidad del departamento y precio

Perfecto para una semana en Roma

El alojamiento está muy bien cuidado, limpio y tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Está cerca de la estación de metro de Vitorio Emmanuel, parada del bus 71 y Termini. Muy recomendable.

Lovely interior, perfect for the 4 of us however we were concerned with safety as the was so much graffiti written outside the building and homeless a few streets away. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was in walking distance to the Roma Termini. We had breakfast in everyday as there was a market nearby. We were able to experience an apartment building with such character. From the entrance door to the elevator to the gorgeous windows overlooking the street. We walked all over Rome and were able to see so many things from Ancient Rome. We even found a park nearby. So glad they shared this with us.

Excellent Location

It was just as described. The neighborhood/street looks a little sketchy but we felt perfectly safe there walking around. Plenty of hot water, air conditioning, comfortable beds (for any Americans the 2 "double" beds are closer to a king in America so those are very nice). Lovely cafe just to the left of the entrance where we bought morning coffees and pastries. Close to the Termini station so super easy to catch the Leonardo Express from the airport and walk to the apartment. Excellent communication and super easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

Large Apartment in a Good Location

First of all let me start by saying the owner is extremely responsive. He arranged transportation for us to and from the airport which was a great added touch! Whenever we had questions he was quick to respond.This apartment is located about a 15-20 min walk to the Colosseum . It is a 5 min walk to a fresh market with fresh produce, cheese, meats, spices, baked goods and more! I had some of the best fruit in my life from that market! There is also a little coffee and pastry shop right below the apartment. The kitchen was nice and big and even had a dishwasher which is rare in older apartments like this one. It has very basic cooking supplies. Nothing too fancy but just enough. They provide coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar and some basic Italian Herbs. They were also kind enough to leave a large bottle of juice and water in the fridge for us when we got there! The beds can be arranged in several ways. Essentially he has 6 twin beds but can combine them to make 3 king beds. A large bed was important for us since my husband is quite the bed hog! The other great thing about this apartment is it has 3 bathrooms! That is also rare to find. The apartment is older but gives you those Italian living vibes that make it quaint. Overall our stay was great!

Très bel appartement

Appartement parfait, tout à fait conforme à la description du site.Très bien situé, proche de la gare de Termini et de la station de métro Victor Emanuel.Propre, calme, spacieux, sauf pour la troisième chambre trop petite et plus destinée à de jeunes enfants, plutôt qu'à des adultes.Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer notre hôte mais nous avons correspondu et il a été présent tout au long de notre séjour.Je recommande cette location !

Great apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Esquilino. This apartment was very spacious for our family of 5. Having three bathrooms was fabulous! The neighborhood was convenient to the train station (where we also caught the bus). We had no issues with the location and felt perfectly safe even at night. It is not a touristy neighborhood so people should keep that in mind. We enjoyed the Sri Lankan restaurant around the corner. They were open on Christmas so it was a great place to get lunch that day! Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Spacious apartment

It’s a roomy and comfortable apartment. We were in six and it was perfect. The weakest point it’s the shower. Water could have more pressure. Another weakness: Prince Humberto is a poorly lit street, wich gives a Impression of unsavory neighborhood. But we didn’t have any trouble walking at night.

Great Apartment in so-so neighborhood

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location is close to the train station, which was great for our arrival in the city and going to the airport (much better than a taxi!). HOWEVER, be prepared to walk A LOT to see the monuments (fortunately, we love to walk). The neighborhood looks kinda shady, but we always felt safe walking around. Thankfully, the building has a (typically) small elevator, and it works well. The apartment is huge (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a living room and a big kitchen). There is an in-unit washing machine, but no dryer, but a drying rack is provided. Each room has a separate A/C unit, so everyone can feel comfortable. Water temp in the showers is somewhat inconsistent. The host was outstanding with communication and check-in was a breeze.

Seeing Roma!

The apartment itself is HUGE! It is also clean and well appointed. It is a short walk to the main Trimini train station. That said, and really the only negative, is that the area is dirty and not very nice. If you could move the apartment to another location in Rome, it would be perfection...but as it is, I wouldn't stay there again.
