Enjoy your stay in Rome at my apartment, just a five-minute walk from the metro line B stop Policlinico. You can reach the Colosseum in just 15 minutes. From the baggage storage to the AC in every room: the apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort to guarantee you a relaxed stay. Guests can safely store their bags if they arrive earlier and after the check-out.
Sapienza University is located in the nearby.
The apartment, which was completely renovated in September 2023, is composed of:
• a bedroom with a double sofa bed (already prepared in case there are more than four guests, we're going to prepare it on request if there're less than four guests) and a kitchenette
• a bedroom with a king-size bed
• a bedroom with a double bed
• a sitting room with a 4K TV corner
• a bathroom with a sink, a toilet, a bidet, a shower and a washer dryer
In each room there are splitters for air conditioning and heat pump heating.
The kitchenette is equipped with:
• a sink
• a stove top
• a dishwasher
• a microwave owen
• a fridge with freezer compartment
• a Nespresso coffee machine
• a Krups hot water boiler
• bins for separate waste collection
All beds are equipped with wireless chargers, USB and USB-C chargers and power sockets. For a more comfortable sleep, the sofa bed is prepared with a mattress topper.
