This property is in a quiet residential area just two short blocks from the seashore, where there is a sandy beach with a shore walk and a variety of restaurants and bars for any kind of refreshment. A food store and a church are nearby as well, making this a pleasant area to spend some time. The hotel itself is clean, efficiently managed and the staff does all it can to care for their visitors. It was a pleasure to spend three days here while touring Rome.

Only thing I didn’t like it’s it said it had a shuttle to airport but it’s was very limited during early hours Also the bathroom had a strange smell coming out like from the pipes. Besides that good location airport is close nice neighborhood and the room seemed clean just the pipes smell.

The hotel is a bit dated but rooms were clean and it had a certain character. A couple of restaurants close by and then more along the beach, which was about 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and the shuttle was great -- easy and economical.
