Terrible experience and prop
If I can give a negative rating I would. The on line listing is not accurate and so far from the truth. Vrbo needs to inspect y this listing as it is not accurate. First the unit is on the second floor however you will need to climb 4 flights of stairs (60+ steps). So if you have a suit case it will be very difficult and take you time as the stair case is also very narrow. There is an elevator how ever the landlord needs to pay for it and they have not. The listing mentions chic and stylish which is more like old and I need to be updated. The pictures on they listing are not accurate, even the furniture is different in the pictures then what is actually in the unit. The unit is very dark even with all the lights on, very old and you see the wear and tear, dining rooms chairs are very dirty and gross, pull out bed small and mattress pad terrible, main bed is the size of a twin and terrible to sleep on. The light fixture in main bedroom flickered all night, shower does not drain properly so you will have to stop and start the shower multiple times to avoid flooding or standing in dirty water that comes up from the drain. The air conditioning unit barely works and the unit does not cool down at all, the toilet bairly flushes as well. The property manager will communicate at the beginning but then stops when you start complaining and asking for your money back. Their cancellation and refund policy is terrible.
