Home away from home!
Don’t stay here if you want something posh. Bed, towels, toiletries very basic, in an older apartment.
But:
So easy to communicate with the company Wonderwheretostay.
It’s very spacious w/ a living/dining room, kitchenette, good sized bedroom and bathroom, lots of storage.
Has a washer/dryer, induction cook top, basics like salt, oil, coffee, plates, cutlery. Has a high chair for a baby. Lots of adapters and USB ports. Amazing restaurants and grocery stores 2 minutes away. Lovely market where you can buy fresh fruits and other stuff also 2 minutes away. Quiet at night. We stayed June/July 2025. AC worked great. All the major sights are a 15-30 minute walk away. I’d stay here again!

BAISICS NEED TO BE IMPROVED
The upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy - not sure if they were renovating or running a gymnasium - wheretostay agents totally useless. A number of. electrical outlets BUT BROKEN NEXT TO WORKING ONES - SEEMS LIKE A FIRE HAZARD.BED LINENS NEED TO BE BURNED AND REPLACED AS WELL AS TOWELS. LIGHT BULBS BURNED OUT AND TERRIBLE LIGHTING. RECYCLE/TRASH AREA FILTHY AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEPARATE WRONG - A BLUE BOX AND A GREEN BOX - NO BLUE BOX. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE ELEVATOR NEED TO HAVE PHOTOS AND INSTRUCTIONS IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES. THIS COULD BE A NICE RENTAL UNIT BUT APPARENTLY OWNER COULD CARE LESS.

You can't beat the location. It's just steps away from the Campo di Fiori market. Just be aware the noise level at night, especially on weekends can be pretty loud so bring some earplugs. The other thing to consider with this location in general is that it's not easily accessible to the subway or the train station. We took a cab pretty frequently to areas we couldn't walk to.
The apartment itself is a historical charmer so if you like old, rustic, and simple, this is for you. The kitchen/laundry area is literally big enough for one person to stand in but there was plenty of space in the rest of the apartment for me and my son to stretch out.
Our greeter Freddy was very nice and took the time to explain everything in our apartment. He gifted us a bag of cookies and bottle of yummy wine.
Some things that could have improved our stay would have been if the apartment were stocked with more essentials. It doesn't come with paper towels, extra garbage bags, laundry detergent, or dish sponges. I also had to purchase extra toilet paper. We were given 2 small rolls for our entire weeklong stay. The bed pillows could also use replacement and an extra pan would have been nice. The lobby area seemed to constantly be filled with recycling. Not sure when that gets picked up but it left an unpleasant odor.
But overall, we enjoyed this apartment. It had everything we needed and we were comfortable.

Campo Di Fiori
Nice location for walking, most of the sites that we wanted to visit were within a 20 to 30 minute walk.
The kitchen took some getting use to for us.
Even though it was not on the square, it was noisier than we expected late at night.

Campo di Fiori's get away
Tha property was less than a block away ftom the Piazza, with plenty of restaurants, shops and places of interest within the historic area, and all at a walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, in a 2nd floor with a lift. Street sounds from a back street were noticed but were not a problem at night. The kitchen was small but functional. The living room, bathroom and bedroom were also spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for a vacation without a car in this part of Rome.

Perfect Location
I was nervous booking this property with only one review, but I am so glad that I did. I stayed with my husband and our ten year old daughter. The location is perfect, right in Campo de'Fiori with many fabulous restaurants nearby, and walking distance to all the major sites and attractions in Rome city center. We honesty didn't spend much time at the apartment, but the check-in process was easy, the apartment was clean. We didn't use the kitchen, but we did use the washing machine/dryer which worked great. Ultimately, I'm very pleased with our stay. Great value.

Nice old flat in central area
The location is very central to most sites and close to busses, but rather far from the metro. Unfortunately it was also very noisy at night, with load talking till after 02 on most days and after 05 on Saturday :-(
The kitchen is very small and we were told not to switch on the kitchen-water-heater, so after the first day we did our washing up in cold water :-(
The bathroom on the other hand had plenty of hot water:-) It also had a bathtub and not a proper shower cubicle :-(
The washing machine worked very well for us - we didn't use the built in dryer :-)
The bed room had a good bed :-), plenty of room for clothes and power outlets on both sides of the bed :-)
The furniture in the living room seems an odd choice to me, but we made it work. There were too few power outlets and some of them didn't work :-(
