Went to check out at 5:00 am and no one was at desk or near lobby. Called the phone number three times trying to get someone to come to the desk. No results. Left the card keys on the desk at 5:20 and left. Called the hotel at 6:00 am and 7:00 am to explain what I did. No answer. Not a secure place!

The hotel was a bit out dated and the rooms where somewhat clean. The curtains where ripped and there was blood on the white comforter. The restroom exhaust fan didnt work. It didnt even have a switch to turn it on. I wont ever stay at this location again. I thought about finding a new place. But decided to give it a try. Im just thankful there wasnt bed bugs. The breakfast was mid and we decided to go out for breakfast. You should do yourself a favor and dont stay here. If your reading this. You were warned. Stay at your own risk.

One and done

The stay was ok. Check in guy did not greet nor did he seem friendly. Actually no one at the front desk greeted as I went in and out over the course of 4 days. Hotel may have been a prior nursing home. Elevator makes a lot of noise. Definitely an older hotel. Shower was very squeaky. Rooms were clean. Didn’t feel safe at first and was thinking about changing hotels. After the first night, I decided to hang it out. Was close to hospitals so I assume people stay long term when having procedures. Was very quiet. Would not stay again.

Great stay

Had a nice stay. Just overnight. Quiet and our room had a beautiful view. Everything was clean and neat. Everyone we met was friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would stay again if we are back in the area. Thank you.

Frustrated

I arrived at 2:20 pm, which I didn't realize was a little too early. I waited over 5 minutes to be spoken to due to the young lady printing off copies of pictures of baby shower games for another customer. Once I finally got helped, I returned to my car to get my daughter, park and bring our luggage in. As we are walking past the check in desk we are told that our room "might not be clean" for about 5 - 10 minutes. Now, I have my hands full, as does my daughter and we have been up since 6 am for a volleyball tournament. I was shocked! She told us to go and see if our room as available. Once we go to our room we saw the entire room torn apart and were told it would be 20 minutes. We put our belongings in a safe place and had to sit in the car for 20 minutes. Please tell me that A) we couldn't have been told at check in that the room wasn't ready? B) that there wasn't a clean room available? C) she could have offered us a place to sit and wait or something?? and the fact that she couldn't be bothered to help me while she was printing was also frustrating.

Staff was not that friendly. We got to our room #124 and one window screen is missing. one has a hole on it. The sheer curtain was so wrinkled one has a very big hole on it. Looks like a cow went through it. I showed a picture to receptuon when we checked out. I know they dont clean rooms daily any more. At least check if we need fresh towels.

Very slick shower

We have stayed here many times with no negative issues in an accessible room. This time however, the shower floor was extremely slick as if the cleaner was not rinsed off, causing a very hard fall. Still in pain several days later. Front office staff was very concerned and apologetic. An accident report was filled out but their insurance company has not reached out like we were advised.
