I was was treated poorly by the front desk around 8pm. I was very polite upon arrival. I walked in and there were two men having an issue and talking with receptionist and i was in line behind them with my service dog. The men said, “it’s okay she can go ahead of us because they might be awhile”. First he took my debit card for deposit and I politely asked how much it was. He never answered me, just badgered at me that he doesn’t stop to help one for another. The guests even stood up for the fact the let me go ahead. The receptionist was very rude to me because that. His behavior was unwarranted. He then gave me my card back and said rudely, “take your business elsewhere”. I was so quiet and calm and couldn't believe how poorly i was treated. I said, “ sir I don't know why you're being rude to me and you can go help them, they let me go ahead.” He then said “get out or I’ll call the cops.” At no point did i refuse to leave or anything. I kept calm. I left soon as he said go. I actually felt somewhat in danger/shook up. This all happened within 5 minutes. The unlookers looked stunned. I did absolutely nothing wrong to warrant him kicking me out. I was polite even when he was rude to me. If the cops came I would’ve had witnesses and shown he had no reason to be that way to me whatsoever. I never stayed there. And requested refund.

Friendly staff but I have a hard time recommending this location. The rooms were VERY dilapidated. Bathroom and shower faucets were visibly broken (but operational), drain missing in sink etc. It appeared the bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned (swept or mopped) in quite a while. A wet bunch of tissues that I used to wipe the floor confirmed this. There were fresh towels but there was also one that had been used & was dirty hanging on bathroom door that someone forgot to remove. Bed appeared clean and thankfully floor wasn’t carpeted, just laminate, which made me feel better about staying in this room.

I stayed here for a few days. It is conveniently opposite a Kroger store and a few fast food restaurants are nearby too. The floor of the room was very dusty. Please mop up your floors. Advice to other travelers- you’ll need slippers to walk around the room because the floor -are not mopped.

Overall, room was fine except for: peeling ceiling over toilet (leak), sinker stopper loose, dirt build-up on legs of ironing board. Sidewalk and parking lot had trash and debris left from previous day. Did not use any amenities (gym, breakfast , etc.). Front desk staff was pleasant if a bit slow/inefficient during check-in. We simply needed a place to crash over-night, so none of this was a dealbreaker. Still, there was a sense that staff was not entirely on top of things, at least during the 16-hours we were on site.

The room was nothing like what the picture online suggested. The bathroom was dirty & smelled musty. The a/c unit was very loud making it hard to sleep. The TV quality was poor & the hotel wouldn't allow an adjustment from analog to HDMI. My keys also stopped working half way through my stay. I will never book at this property again.

I was in town for work, towing a trailer. The property wasn’t huge, but they easily accommodated my truck/trailer. The staff was friendly, helpful. It is an older property, and that showed. Also, our room had dead bugs near the front door, so left something to be desired in terms of cleaning. Bedsheets and beds were clean and we’re comfortable. AC got real cold. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the price.

The Inn was obviously an older one that has been updated. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to put in higher or handicapped toilets. Price was great and we would stay there again.
