Got charged $271.00 as a security deposit instead of $100.00. ( the amount I had prepaid for the two night stay when I booked the room online) Staff said that they were unable to reverse the transition due to a glitch and that I would refunded the amount at check out.

Quick trip to Houston

Great stay even if only one night, far exceeded my expectations. Ask how old the hotel was as felt newly built only 6-8mths old. Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay we'll be coming back again.

Common / public bathroom only on 1st floor, made it a challenge in the room when more then 1 of us needed a bathroom. Also, TX is hot and we drank a lot of water but the only public water faucet / bottle fill station was on 1st floor in the Gym. The Breakfast had a pancake making machine, 1 button press and you get 2 fresh pancakes, that was appreciated. The 2 to 9pm front desk was very nice and friendly.
