In Drôme Provençale, in the Enclave of the popes, in the heart of a village with commandery Templar, beautiful stone house completely renovated in 2016 of 140 m², composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, a separate bathroom, a large garden of 500 m² with salt pool, old style basin and private parking 3/4 places.
House adjoining the owners. Quiet environment, close to conveniences, (grocery / bread within 500 m) and tourist places like the castle of Grignan, Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, Valréas and the Crocodile Farm in 20 min, Ardèche.
You will be charmed by its quality of restoration and its comfort.

A most perfect place

Loved Richerenches such a quaint lovely village convenient to so many historical landmarks.The house was perfect-every view was enchanting. Rooms were large and nicely decorated.I already miss being there…..

This property was beautiful and well presented. The grounds were lovely, and the patio/pool were used every day. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances and a pantry of items. Just a minutes walk to the shop each day to buy baguette and croissants. We hired bikes from Bike service 26 who delivered. Note….some of the local restaurants need to be prebooked and are only open on certain days. Thank you to our hosts Lucie and Brigitte.

A wonderful chateau

Very impressed with our home for over a month. It was more than we expected. The hosts were lovely and would recommend here to stay. We had a fabulous time exploring and sampling the beautiful Provence. Would very much love to return in the future.

A phenomenal rental property!

We travel, a lot, and we have stayed in some amazing properties over the years, but this one rates among our top two favorites! Everything you read about it is accurate, if only the photos could do it justice! This is a historic building that has been magically and lovingly restored with attention to comfort, style, and modern conveniences. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is perfect for exploring the many, many nearby sites or for just enjoying the medieval village of Richerenches or lounging in your own private pool. We were very sad to leave such a fabulous vacation property managed by a fabulous mother/daughter team - this gîte certainly begs a return!

Fabulous stay at gorgeous house

We stayed for a family holiday. The house is beautiful, comfortable and really well equipped. It is in a great place in the village but still feels really peaceful and private. The welcome from Lucie and her husband was very warm and they were lovely. We had a brilliant holiday and didn't want to leave! Merci bien Lucie!!

Fantastic property in a lovely location

We stayed there in July with our three school-aged kids and had a fabulous time. It is a very quiet village with a few cafes, two restaurants and one small grocer. The house is recently renovated and extremely comfortable. We spent most of our time on the terrace with the kids in the pool. There are lots of castles to explore nearby. We would definitely go back.

Maison et séjour parfaits !

Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes chez Lucie et Brigitte. La maison, le jardin et sa piscine sont parfaits. On se sent chez soi très rapidement. La maison est très bien équipée et la cuisine est une pièce hyper agréable à vivre même si nous avons passé l'essentiel de notre temps dehors. Jardin très bien entretenu et agréable du matin au soir. Belle piscine. Lucie et sa maman Brigitte ont été adorables, accueillantes et disponibles dès que nous avons eu des questions ou besoin de conseils. La maison est dans le village de Richerenches qui est magnifique. Epicerie, bar et restaurant (L'Escapade : à faire !) à quelques mètres avec là aussi des personnes très accueillantes. Village calme avec juste ce qu'il faut d'animation. Région parfaite pour les cyclistes et coureurs. Plein de fermes pour des produits frais et des caves ou coopératives pour les vins. Un séjour magnifique. Tous nos fonds d'écran sont des photos de la maison ou de Richerenches. Encore merci !

Perfect gîte

Een absoluut prachtig gerestaureerd huis en smaakvol ingericht. Heerlijk zwembad waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt met een fijn terras buiten, incl. bbq. Mooi aangelegde tuin en prima parkeergelegenheid. Relaxte eigenaren die een duidelijke incheck met uitleg hebben gedaan. Huur van beddengoed en badlakens was mogelijk en de eindschoonmaak bleek inbegrepen te zijn.. Superfijne en ruime keuken waar alles aanwezig is om heerlijk te koken. De onderdelen “ijsblokjesmachine en gekoeld water” van de koelkast hebben echt overuren gedraaid. Ook hadden we diverse ventilatoren nodig om een beetje koelte te ontvangen in deze warme dagen en nachten (38 c.) In de omgeving genoeg wijnboeren om wijntjes te proeven / kopen. Mont Ventoux is een bezoekje waard. Goede supermarkten te vinden in Valréas en fijn dat er een winkel in het dorp is voor brood en kleine boodschappen.

Séjour au calme en famille

Super semaine en famille dans cette très belle propriété au calme! Maison très propre, très agréable et bien située pour se balader dans cette belle région! Beginnend mit der Kommunikation vorab, über die Goßzügigkeit des früheren Check-ins und einem damit verbundenen super herzlichen Empfangs, einer voll ausgestatteten Unterkunft, mit vielen tollen Details, bis schlussendlich hin zu einer liebevollen Verabschiedung. Ein absolut perfekter Urlaub! Ein wundervoll ruhiger, verträumter Ort von dem man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der nächst größeren Stadt ist, mit jeder Menge Shopping Möglichkeiten.

Magnifique prestation

L'accueil a été parfait et chaleureux. La maison est joliment restaurée, les espaces sont spacieux, lumineux, propres et très bien équipés. Tout comme le jardin dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter en ce week-end pascal pluvieux et venteux. Le village est très bien situé, calme et authentique, il dispose simplement des services recherchés pour de petits séjours (épicerie/tabac/presse) et bons restaurants à proximité. Eine schöne Zeit in einem wundervollen Haus mit Pool

Wir haben uns schon bei unserer Ankunft sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist so wundervoll und einladend. Es fehlt bei der Einrichtung an nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und von allem ist reichlich da. Man kann alle Speisen perfekt kochen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett und halten gerne Kontakt und fragen, ob sie helfen können. Wir sind begeistert von diesem wundervollen Haus, mit tollen Garten und Pool in der Mitte eines kleinen charmanten Dorfes in der Provence. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Alles Gute Familie Sester

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un week end parfait dans la magnifique maison de Lucie et sa maman. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse ce qui est très agréable lors d'un séjour à plusieurs famille. La propreté est irréprochable. La maison est très bien équipée elle ne manque de rien (ustensiles de cuisine, épicerie, produits ménagers). Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu, au calme. Bref un vrai coup de coeur !
