Well placed 3 star hotel.

The hotel was in a quiet suburb with a Chinese buffet restaurant opposite. Well used furniture and as a non smoking room, the evidence of burnt butt marks on the bath edges seen Noisy AC just adequate. Breakfast would have been better if omelette was provided. Good for a 3 star so no complaints.

Great service and practical

Excellent front desk service. We had a lot of questions and needs, and the staff were cheerful and attentive. The bathtub was situated very high off the ground, so people with even slightly reduced mobility (I'm 50 and in good shape, and I had to take very good care to not fall when getting out) should maybe ask for another configuration, even if it's not normally your practice. Parking was close to the hotel, easy and free. Plentiful hot water for the shower. This hotel is good for being close to the motorway if you are planning trips to Tarragona and Barcelona, but the area is somewhat undesirable for taking walks or enjoying the city. I found it to be functional for our needs, as we needed easy food and access to the sports pavilion, but I wouldn't stay here for a getaway. Nonetheless, I think it is a good hotel overall and enjoyed my stay.

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find and very clean. Staff were more than helpful. Can not recommend this hotel enough. First class .

Hotel was in the middle of nowhere.the hotel also ran out of bread and all they had on offer for breakfast was toast or stale cakes.no hot water.awful experience will never be back at this hotel again.

Crisol hôtel est très sale, les draps sont pas propres. Les serviettes sont pas propres non plus ils m’ont dit que ça des jours change leurs bras et les serviettes c’est pas cool, je n’ai pas aimé du tout les serviettes ça sent mauvais et ils sont vieux les chambres on les nettoient pas bien ils sont sans pitié
