Stayed here last year and it was great. Friendly energetic staff and super clean. This year, they asked if we wanted house keeping each day and we did. The house keeping consisted of a fresh towel…. Maybe and pulling blankets up in bed. They don’t even make the beds. Don’t drink the “complimentary” water in the room. There is lots of fine print in the tag…. Read it because I’d your not a member you just drank a $4 bottle of “complimentary” water. Last year breakfast was included in the price ( which was much less) this year breakfast was $8 per person. Being we only ate yogurt and fruit last year as the rest looked like fake eggs and cardboard sausage we got some great breakfasts out. The icing on the cake was the $10 per day parking fee. First off we were never forewarned about this nor did not agree to it. Secondly we did not have our rental vehicle the entire stay in Reno so how did they even know what to charge….. they didn’t. They just charged it. I did not realize this until I requested a printed receipt which the desk clerk was a bit apprehensive to do in the first place. We booked our stay for this time next year. It is not at the Hyatt!!!!!
