This hotel is situated in an area of the city which is very convenient for all activities. The members of staff with whom I dealt were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was nicely arranged and offered a good selection of fruit and other morning temptations.

We arrived early and succeed in getting 3 hour early access to our room. Service staff were very helpful with smart phone activation and access to Uber. As it was raining, we dined at the hotel restaurant. It was excellent and reasonably priced, as was morning continental breakfast. Only inconvenience was requirement to walk outdoors from reception to our room.

This was a wonderful hotel. It was close to the train station but very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice amenities. I loved the provided water bottles and the refill area in the lobby. We ate at the restaurant one evening, and it was quite good.

One night stopover on the way home, and it was a very good choice. Central location, with car parking immediately opposite. Friendly and helpful staff. Normally we'd not eat in city hotels, but we did here as it looked inviting, and it was excellent. Recommended

Lovely stop over on our way to Provence, convenient to the large underground carpark. 18 euros covers tax and carpark, which is pretty good. Excellent area to walk around, grab a drink and some food. Would definitely stay again if travelling through France again.

Absolutely Divine

Divine! A gorgeous hotel with charm, character and luxury. The staff are delightful, our room was spacious and comfortable, we slept brilliantly. The bathroom body products they use have the loveliest fragrance, truly felt pampered. Breakfast is wonderful, they make the best omelette. Thank for having us. Will definitely stay again

Great position in Reims, easy parking in Erlon car park (if rather smelly), friendly staff, good restaurant, good sized rooms with modern facilities. So much more character than a chain hotel. The only issue was loud music in the park over the road which I assumed was an event but wasn't if I had mentioned it sooner the staff would have reported it.
