Property was double booked. Nearly impossible to communicate a refund as they are all French with little to no grasp of English !!! Had to use my bank to recover funds as a dispute. Luckily paid by credit card or my money was lost. Left me out of pocket and looking for a place to stay at 9pm. Difficult to locate property as it's not visible from the street. Not a good experience over all.

Appartement propre hormis un degivrage du frigidaire en arrivant. Literie confortable, hôte disponible et efficace lors d'un différent avec un voisin bruyant et logement conforme aux photos et à la description. Même si la vue sur cour n'est pas terrible, la situation dans Reims est suffisamment intéressante.

Wohnung ok, aber unsauber

Die Wohnung war ok, wenn auch eher Air B'nB als Ferienwohnung, für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie eher nicht geeignet,z.B. gab es nicht mal einen großen Topf, in dem man Nudeln o.ä. hätte kochen können. Insgesamt war die Wohnung unsauber, besonders das Geschirr und die Küche. Es roch stark nach kaltem Rauch obwohl sie als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert war. Auf unsere Rückmeldung gab es leider keine Antwort vom Vermieter.
