Right in the middle everything

Fantastic place to stay! Only a block away from the beach and boardwalk. If you don't want to walk that far, they have a free shuttle (9am - 5pm) that'll take you and they also have beach chairs and towels for you.tonuse while you are there. Within walking distance of plenty of places for a sit down meal. The breakfast was wonderful and the happy hour was good too. They also have complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. The book/board game room is great too.

We have been coming to Rehoboth for over 20 years and even though this was our first stay, The Avenue is by far our favorite hotel in Rehoboth. This place is so well run, management and all the employees are thoughtful, outgoing, and you really get a sense that they will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need for a great time. There are so many small details from overall cleanliness, great breakfast and snacks that are included and all the beach stuff you need, and even a ride to the boards from LEW. The Blue Hen has some great food, happy hour, and offers one of the best outdoor spaces to hangout in Rehoboth. Just overall a great experience, this will definitely be our go to hotel from here on out.

My family loves staying at The Avenue, it is easily our favorite hotel in Rehoboth. We love how clean it is, easy to park, amazing location, lobby smells amazing, great amenities including the gym, pool and roof top deck with hot tub. Breakfast is delicious, and every night they bake chocolate chip cookies for the guests. If you run out of any toiletries or need free & clear detergent to do laundry they provide that for you. Everyone that works there are so kind, we never utilized the beach chairs or the golf cart chauffeur service but it looks like guests love that as well! Fantastic hotel, we will be back!

I stayed at their motel style room called the avenue 2 but it felt anything like a traditional motel. The room was very spacious and just a couple flight of stairs down directly into downtown. Definitely will be coming on my next visit.
