We had a wonderful long weekend stay. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. Our host Cindy provide detailed communications and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommend!! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants or down to the boardwalk but was quiet and had private parking.

We had a lovely stay in this property! It was clean and all the furnishings were comfortable and lovely in the space. Cindy provided excellent communication and was very responsive in messaging. The location is absolutely perfect if you’re looking for a home base for your beach trip, with easy parking and ability to walk to lots of things. Dogfish Head Brewery and Egg just across the street were some of our favorite lunch and breakfast spots. The owner had a dehumidifier in the unit, which was a nice touch to have the option to better manage beach humidity. Also great to have option of a private washer/dryer in a closet next door (in the main hallway). Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, and an extra comforter in the spacious closet. Note that there are two sets of stairs within the unit, so just be aware if traveling with little ones or any physical disabilities. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot to enjoy all Rehobeth beach has to offer

10 minute walk along shops and restaurants you’ll want to visit along your way to the boardwalk and beach. Cindy is an amazing and attentive host who offers a beautifully decorated, clean and spacious place to relax and call home for a few days. We will definitely be back and truly we’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

What a fantastic stay!

Cindy is a fantastic host - so helpful and responsive - and the place is great. It's multi-floors, which provides some nice separation, and everything was so clean. The location is key - it's right on the main street in Rehoboth and walkable to everything!

Good, quiet location

Clean unit and nicely decorated! Walking distance to all shops/restaurants on Rehoboth Ave.Super easy check-in. The only thing we noted was that the size of the unit was a little smaller than it appears in the pics. Overall good experience!

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and modern. Everything was as described in the listing and the location was very walkable. The building was nice and quiet with polite neighbors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. It was a perfect size for the 2 of us. However, the mattresses on the beds were incredibly thin and the beds were low to the ground. Also, there were very few coffee cups, so we had to keep washing them and reusing them. The listing says it sleeps 6, but only 3 coffee cups were provided.

Lively Rehoboth Beach getaway!

We had a great time at Cindy's condo right in the heart of Rehoboth Ave. Everything was just as described and Cindy was a fantastic communicator. It was very convenient to have the additional parking pass for street parking for days we decided to drive to the beach versus walk. My young adult daughters and I had a lovely getaway. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Stay

This was one of the best vacation rental properties I have visited. I came with my mom for a three day beach trip. The place was exactly like the pictures. Great layout for two people. Very, very clean which is the most important thing to me. Kitchen and all furniture all updated. Great balcony. Great location. Communication with property manager was excellent - prompt, helpful responses. Easy check in. I am looking forward to coming back to this property.

Great condo!

Cindy’s place was exactly what we were looking for during our LDW trip to Rehoboth. The space was exactly as pictured and right downtown. I bit of a hike to the beach if you want to walk but Cindy provided a parking pass, making it a breeze to park a few blocks from the beach.

Great location! Close to restaurants and shops. Nice quiet condo building. Appealing decor!

Easy communication with owner made the experience pleasant. Condo is good for 4 adults. Location was ideal for accessing many restaurants and shops. Long walk to beach, but the beach locations that were more to our liking required a short drive anyway.

Nice place

Is not walking distance to beach if you are carrying chairs,bags and cooler etc. Nice location otherwise on Rehobeth Avenue. Also would have been nice to have more than one Tv. But overall nice, clean place.

Comfort and Convenience

Excellent condo right on Reboboth Beach, but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't have been better for my family. Easy for my daughter and her friend to get around and enjoy the beach and boarwalk and for my wife and I to find good food in the neighborhood. Excellent choice and would be happy to rent again. The property owner is friendly and responsive too!
