We stayed with 5 people and our dogs. We had the two room suite which was great for our group! It was quiet and the breakfast options were good. I wish there were a bigger walking area for our dogs, but I understand the area the hotel is in probably didn't have much options. We were able to find a small area of grass that was adequate!

Room was smoking hot. Ac not working. Window only opened 2 inches so no airflow. Had to keep door open to hallway to get airflow. Hot tub broken whole stay and pool cold so unusable.

Recommend the Suite Room for Families

Easy check in, good breakfast, comfortable bed, awesome light darkening curtains. We booked the suite room and recommend it for families. Our only complaint is they did their weekly hot tub maintenance on Friday .. we were looking forward to using the hot tub for our weekend getaway, and were unable to. I feel that's a job better suited to midweek, not the weekend. We will likely stay here again.

I really enjoyed our room, it was spacious and clean. When I first sat on the edge of the bed I was very concerned the bed would be very hard. However once I laid down it was very comfortable, not hard but not super soft.

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, beautiful lobby. Breakfast included hot items and healthy selections. The pool could use a bit of love and extension of the same cleanliness around the hotel - tiles fell off the walls, and carpenter ants were crawling around (likely the cause of the wall tiles instabilities). The water fountain and flooring needs concentrated attention for cleaning it appeared to be a while. Fitness centre is small but excellent equipment provided (24/7). The staff were exceptionally amazing. Hospitality was above and beyond, a standard others could learn from. I felt well taken care of as a guest here and undoubtedly will return. Thank you!

The heat in the room was uncontrollable by either the wall t-stat or unit mounted control, swet all night and could not sleep. Got up to get a drink if water, tap water was cloudy and tasted terrible. Front desk staff gave us a bottle of water upon check out, and blamed the outside temp.(it was too cold for the heater to work properly) Did not appologise or offer anything in return.
