Could have used extra blankets in the room but I'm sure they'd have brought them if we'd asked. Loved the big fluffy pillows The staff was great, we had a good rest, the buffet breakfast was good, and well stocked. And the location was perfect.

Nice large and very clean room. Decent sized bathroom with both a sink inside and another outside. Comfortable bed and very peaceful despite being on a busy street. No ceiling lights and the overall light provided by the lamps was barely adequate. Only 2 towels of each type provided, would have been nice to have more. Strangely the microwave oven was right next to the sink, don't think putting it there is wise. The breakfast selection was very good, including gluten free bread and other than the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, the food was very tasty and freshly made. The scrambled eggs were clearly the 'from can' type and the boiled eggs were pre-packaged. Would happily stay here again.

The property had all the amenities we expected and we had a nice stay except we found the bed was just too hard for us. The mattresses were new but not comfortable for us. This probably is not a problem for most but my 70 year old back longed for a softer mattress.

When we arrived, the staff member at reception, Faruk, was unwelcoming and gave the impression that he was not pleased to see us. His attitude lacked the warmth and professionalism expected in a front-facing role. It may be that he needs further customer service training—or perhaps he’s simply not happy in his current role. Either way, it made for an uncomfortable first impression.
