The rooms and staff were ok , the only trouble that I’m having is to get my refund back, it’s been a couple of days and nothing, I tried to call but they kept transferring me to billing and no one answered. I spoke with a couple people and no one seemed to care about it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lack of towels in swimming area wasn't great. Wish the second hot tub had been open as the other hot tub was constantly over crowded. Also would be nice if drinks were allowed in swimming area.

Rooms were clean and beds decent. Shower pressure not amiznf but def not a dump. Pool was decent but was very busy but not a brick and mortar issue. Overall decent and convenient location
