Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 3rd and top floor with nature views and large balcony. An ideal place for any working professionals or travelers. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

Fully furnished walk up condo. New furniture and smart screen tv. Mini fridge & freezer for drinks and food. Computer desk and exercise equipment in the condo. Lots of space.

North and South locked entrance doors to enter building. Stairs to third floor.

Mature area walking distance to mall and shopping.

5 minute drive to CRC Refinery gate 6. Easy access to ring road and 15 minutes to anywhere in Regina.

BBQ on deck, fridge, freezer and lots of guest storage. No elevator in building.
