The photos doesn’t do this justice. The view is phenomenal, stepping right from hotel onto beach. The rooms are all in a very zen garden. Everything is super organised and clean. It exceeding my expectations, all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!!!

Very disappointed with how our reservation was handled by staff. Also, no customers in bar, yet we received horrible service. The only friendly staff member was the BBQ chef.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Nice hotel and close to the beach. Good staffs and kind of services. The room and accommodation was good and clean. Breakfast was good and yogurt is recommended.

Quite OK.

Only a one day stay at Ko Sameth was not enough to enjoy everything there, but we had a good stay. Bar and Bed is OK, nice staff, klean, great view. Breakfast OK. location perfect, out of tthe hustle of central Ko Sameth, but still close enough to enjoy when you want.

Quiet and Clean

Most of their staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is not a buffet style, it’s a set menu which i think it was very nice. To eat in the house was a bit expensive but understandable as it’s normal for the resort. The cocktail here was very good. Bartender who worked in evening shift was very friendly and made a really nice drink. My friends and I felt so impressed. One thing that I don’t quite like was when i asked for an extra blanket. Receptionist who was working in a day shift said to me that i have to pay another 500THB. I explained to her that i got king size bed, right. But the blanket is too small compared to the mattress size. I think they should be more sensible about this. At the end, I don’t have to pay, thank you for that. One more thing, please note you have to pay a deposit for room key for a thousand THB.

Lovely resort

My parntner, me and two kids all fitted nicely in one big room, 9month old in super large bed plus took travel cot perfect. Nice buffet breakfast. Sai kaew beach 5min taxi or 15min walk so is a bit away from things compared to others. Bar looked like it could be a good night out. Staff were brilliant with us and children.

not worth the money spent

The pictures are deceptive. The beach is unusable, the restaurant was over priced. They served instant coffee at breakfast, they had a coffee area that you could pay for real coffee but served instant to hotel customers at breakfast. I thought it was in poor taste to not even serve your customer a cup of real coffee. Only 1 day of the 2 days was a breakfast buffet and the other was a set menu. We had a drink at the restaurant and what looked like the manager sat at a table and kept staring at us as if he was checking to see what we had ordered and if we were going to order more. Made us feel uncomfortable and we left and did not have another meal aside from included breakfast. The drinks were very overpriced, no bikes for rent and they would not over a ride to get a bike. The staff at reception had not been on the island long and offered no assistance on where to go. The walls of the hotels are cladded in untreated particle board. Not so fancy. overall I felt it was overpriced in a bad location and completely missed the mark on the little things like a decent cup of coffee or not try to gouge the customers on a drink or there menu. it could be a nice budget place but it needs to be rightly priced. all in all disappointed. although we had a great couple day on the island and will be back.

This hotel needs to up date and be honest about many things--photo shopped? First no mention that getting to hotel was via speed boat and that you would have to step off boat onto a wooden stool placed in water( no jetty).not suitable for young families or elderly?? Many steps on a big slope(not suitable for young families or elderly) Room : mattresses places on an elevated wooden step up ( not suitable for elderly) very basic felt more like a hostel not hotel?? Staff need a good kick up the bum lazy sat eating on pool table & reception in front of guests. I reported the pool as it was totally unusable filthy+++ dirty and stagnant nothing like the photos!! Next morning a lad supposedlycleaning with his hands and a bucket ( not cleaning ) then he stopped for a smoke break in front of guests most of staff just hanging around not pleasant or cheerful they looked like they could not care always on there mobiles. Where was the manager!! Over prices for sure we stayed in a 4* in Bangkok which was 110% better then this for less. Private beach ( sunbeds were stacked up staff did not even place them out) lazy This hotel has to be the worst ever needs someone to get the staff motivated and bring it up to get a star rating never mind reviews saying 3.9 we would not even give it a 1 Rubbish

Nice hotel, worst restaurant staff!!!

Overall the hotel was nice except the staff at the restaurant. They made a mistake for our meal order. They was too busy taking care of the foreigner guest more than Thai guest and they were not willing to assist even with the small things like changing the table.

Boutique hotel. Very enjoyable

Great place to stay. Close to main area. Rent a moped for 400 baht per day. Explore the whole island easily.

Nice to stay.

Much better that expected. The room is clean and new. The bed is so comfortable. Breakfast is decent quality. Overall is nice. Don't hesitate to stay here again if I get a second chance to go to Koh Samed. The price is reasonable.
