Service and check-in were seamless—our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to introduce us to all the facilities at the villa. The property matched the photos shown online, and the pool was especially atmospheric at night, which was truly lovely. That said, the upkeep and maintenance seemed to fall below expectations. The bathroom had two sinks: one was completely non-functional, and the other was detached from the counter. We also noticed an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the air conditioning and fan settings were very weak, leaving the villa uncomfortably hot throughout our stay.
