Single-storey house on a closed plot with sea view

Rental from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights minimum. If you wish to arrive or depart outside of Saturday, please contact me to find out about the possibilities.

Your place of life:
We welcome you to a spacious single-storey house, fully equipped for maximum comfort during your stay.
The living space includes three single bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room opening onto an open and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with shower is separate from the toilet.
A 1000m2 garden, with an enclosed area of 200m2 to safely accommodate your dogs and other animals. They are also accepted on the beach, even in summer, provided they are kept on a leash.
You can park your vehicle on the plot in front of the house and reach the beach with all its activities and shops a 10-minute walk away.
As an option, we offer a linen kit (sheet and towel) at €12 per person.
The cleaning fee of €55 is obligatory at the end of your stay.
A baby kit including a travel cot, a high chair and a bathtub is possible at no extra charge.
We offer you internet access via wifi to stay connected.
Our weekly rates range from €595 to €693 depending on the season in 2024 and from €665 to €770 in 2025. We accept ANCV holiday vouchers.
After booking, a contract and general conditions will be sent to you for signature in order to definitively validate the rental.
Your tourist activities:
A seaside seaside village 15km from Dieppe, 18km from Saint Valéry en Caux, 50km from Fécamp and 70km from the famous town of Etretat, Quiberville welcomes you with its beaches and magnificent cliffs. There you will find the main local shops, bakery, grocery store, bars and restaurants.
For your leisure, a sailing club, a fitness club, board and water sports, a library and the possibility of fishing on the seaside and the surrounding rivers.
For lovers of fresh fish and shellfish, local fishermen offer you the contents of their coastal fishing every day.
The very famous GR21 crosses the village and passes in front of the house to take you from the cliffs to the magnificent Ailly woods overlooking the sea.
Many events are organized by the city and associations such as the sea festival, painting exhibitions, the boating festival and classical music concerts.
There are superb churches and chapels to visit in the region as well as magnificent botanical gardens.
In Dieppe, all amenities are available to you. Large and medium-sized shopping centers, a casino, a thalassotherapy center, museums, the fishing port as well as the Dieppe-Newhaven cross-channel.

Objekt nicht ganz sauber. Fenster fettig und schmutzig, Küche und Geräte nicht ganz sauber (ziemlich alte abgenutzte Teile). Haus war bei Ankunft sehr kalt (20°C.), erst nach langwierigen Diskussionen mit Hausbesitzer konnten wir die Temperatur auf 23°C. erhöhen (!). Staubsauger stinkt, da nicht gereinigt. Insgesamt würden wir nicht mehr mieten. Sorry.

Herrlich erholsam

Ein schönes Haus in schöner Gegend: Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nathalie von der Conciergerie hat uns herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Das Haus ist großzügig, luftig und hell und bietet Platz für jedes Familienmitglied. Für Vierbeiner ist der abgezäunte Garten ideal. Aus den Fenstern schaut man auf das Meer.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus in Quiberville genossen. Leider viel zu kurz...Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos und der Beschreibung, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Concierge waren nett und unkompliziert. Dieses Haus würden wir sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir in dieser Gegend noch einmal Urlaub machen. Man hat den Blick aufs Meer, alles Nötige ist fußläufig zu erreichen und der Ort selber nicht überlaufen. Für uns war es perfekt, der Hund hatte den eingezäunten Bereich, so musste man nicht immer danach schauen. Für eine Familie mit Kindern (und Hund) ist es mit Sicherheit auch prima geeignet und groß genug. Wir haben uns wirklich vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank auch für den leckeren Cidre an Madame Lesale und auch an Geraldine!

Schönes Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Begrüßung durch die Verwalterin war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung in alle Bereiche des Hauses war man für sich ,hätte aber die Möglichkeit jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner zu haben. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen mit Meerblick.Es hat einen schönen Garten, der teilweise eingezäunt ist, was für Hundebesitzer sehr angenehm wäre. Das Haus ist innen sehr hell durch viele Fenster, 3 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten.Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über große Wandschränke, die sehr viel Stauraum bieten.Das Bad mit moderner großer Rainshower Dusche. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 min. am Strand bzw. im Städtchen. Also alles super. 5Sterne Empfehlung!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gerne wieder !

Sehr großes Ferienhaus, wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Hunden genug Platz. Der Zaun ist ca. 1.20 m hoch. Und schließt einen Teil vom Rasen und dem Schotter vor dem Eingang ab Genug Fläche um die Hunde im Freilauf zu lassen. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sehr schön ! Aus dem Fenster Richtung Leuchtturm hat man einen sehr schönen Blick und man glaubt da steht ein Fernseher. Aber auch sonst sieht man das Meer aus dem Wohnzimmer. Inventar u.s.w. Sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten noch eine Kaffee-Pad Maschine mitgebracht. Ach ja, wer Fernsehen möchte, nur französische Sender. Wir hatten einen Amazon Fire Stick mit und konnten so ein paar deutsche Sender gucken. Ankunft und Abreise klappt Problemlos, Grüße an Sandrine & Frank. Wir haben uns in dem Haus und Quiberville sehr wohl gefühlt. Das liegt wahrscheinlich auch an dem französischem Flair und den wirklich freundlichen Franzosen. Außerdem ist der Ort gut geeignet um ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Alle in allem ein sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus, sehr zum empfehlen !!

Ein sehr gepflegtes, großzügiges und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großen Panoramafenstern und schönem Blick in die Landschaft und auf das Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage und gepflegtes, großes Außengelände. Der bei Ebbe sehr breite flache Sandstrand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (10 Min.)

C‘était notre premier séjour en Seine Maritime - quel plaisir de commencer à découvrir cette région remarquable. Nous avons passé un temps merveilleux et relaxant avec les enfants et nos chiens dans cette belle maison au calme avec une superbe vue sur mer. L’accueil par l’équipe de la conciergerie était très agréable et professionnel. Plusieurs extras à choix et toujours joignable en cas des questions. La maison est bien équipée et entretenue, il ne nous manquait rien. Nous reviendrons! 😊

Haus mit Meerblick

Schlüsselübergabe absolut unkompliziert, Vermieterin und Verwaltung sehr nett Gräumiger Wohn-Essbereich und voll ausgestattete Küche (einschließlich Spülmaschienen Tabs und Waschpulver etc.) Haus und Garten mit Meerblick in ruhiger Lage, dabei keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand Unser Hund und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt :-)

Excellent séjour.

La maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme et offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter est présent. La literie est elle aussi excellente. Le jardin est bien clôturé et est très bien entretenu. Location à recommander.Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à Madame Lesale pour son acceuil et sa gentillesse.
