Dishwasher needs replacing. After use then had to do a hand wash. Washers and drier need updating. Needs lighter bedding rather than just a single heavy doona. A few day before arriving we were told we woukd have limited hot water. This should be clear before booking. Also then found out that would need to park the about a 10 minute walk away. Again, detail that should have been clear before booking.

Fabulous accommodation. Really well equipped and clean. Ideal for myself, my husband, daughter and grandson, cot provided. There is a water bus into Queenstown, it’s a long walk, or drive, but parking in Queenstown isn’t easy. You can eat at the Hilton Hotel nearby. Would thoroughly recommend

Room was good but quite run down. Carpet worn and loose. Cracked vanity. Paintings damaged. Tv in master bedroom missing. The one tv that was there was very old. A selection of tea and coffee was offered but no milk. (Not even a small UHT). Overall Ok. Wouldn’t rave about it to anyone. Would suggest going elsewhere.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Gas fireplace was temperamental for heating purposes. The photo of a fireplace and lounge was actually the Hilton Hotel opposite.

We were the wrong age group for this apartment, because the walk to and from the car was steep and exhausting. There were dirty smelly towels in the washing machine from previous guests as well and some instructions to operate the tv would have been helpful.

Chris the manager was absolutely brilliant. Exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond and sorted our accommodation after we had checked in. We weren’t happy with a few things and Chris was a legend who promptly put a solution in place

The property was spacious and had a good view, but was quite tired looking and a few things were broken, which I have emailed the property about, but had no response. The worst thing was one of the bed bases was broken - it had a big sink hole and on looking underneath we noticed some of the slats were broken. We had to sleep on the mattresses on the floor. In the kitchen one of the hobs was faulty, turning on automatically when the wall switch was turned on, but hob switch turned off. the extractor fan and light did not work. One heater in a bedroom was hanging off the wall. The carpet was worn and needed stretching to smooth out ridges.
