This is a wonderful boutique hotel within walking distance of all Queenstown attractions. Staff were super helpful and a special shout-out to Diego who went above and beyond to find us alternative activities when our tour to Milford Sound was cancelled due to stormy weather.

Not a 5 star hotel

The hotel was clean however it didn’t meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Room decor was dated and in some areas worn in the main lobby. The room was very noisy, it is opposite the main road and the courtyard is not very private because people walk past and crest a lot of noise ( probably from the hostel down the road) along with the cars. The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast place. It isn’t advertised as this . The breakfast gets dull after a couple of mornings as it’s the same offerings and the room where breakfast is served looks like a school canteen. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price it charges and the services received . Feels like an upmarket bed and breakfast with a hefty price tag and no beautiful mountain views , only the road and the noise to go with it

Very nice hotel with excellent service and excellent breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. My only complaints are there was a lot of foot traffic near the windows, which could be a bit noisy during the day. And it is about a 10-minute walk to the area where all the dining and shopping options are.
