Hotel horror. I booked a queen bed with a couch bed. Upon arrival there was no queen bed just a couch bed. Very uncomfortable Toilet did not flush. I asked to change rooms since it would be nice to have a flushable toilet and was not helped. Apparently they had no other rooms. Initially the reception bathrooms were locked. I was eventually given a key to use them. Needless to say my trip was ruined over the toilets. My wife and I were mentally plugged and could no longer “go” # 2.

The location was very beautiful but didn’t actually like the facilities in the room. The biggest issue was the bedding — it was neither clean nor comfortable. The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the overall bed setup made it very hard to get a good night’s sleep. The sofa bed was totally uncomfortable. My husband got rashes on his back, I can share the pictures also if needed. It’s very disappointing to face health issues from something as basic as a bed. Second, the air conditioning was not centralized. Instead, there was a large unit placed near the bed that blew direct cold air throughout the night, which made us feel unwell and contributed to further discomfort. I urge the management to thoroughly review their housekeeping standards. Until then, I would not recommend this place to others. Thanks

Condo 6518 great for larger families, plenty of bed options, kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could need and more. Condo could use a facelift. It has one bathroom which is a little inconvénient for larger family. Condo is nice in a quiet area. Pool needs a facelift as well and not children friendly but does the job

The property was very clean and the staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. There was an issue with one of the neighbours; I’m assuming one of the owners of a condo in the domain. Not very nice and rude. Luckily a staff member from Hébergement was on site and witnessed everything and didn’t give the neighbor a chance to address any words to me. Apparently I wasn’t allowed to be in the back yard. Just to be clear, I was literally standing just outside the back patio door of the condo we rented. Didn’t make any noise at all, I was just quietly enjoying the view. Yet he felt compelledto ask me what I was doing there and who gave me permission to be there. I didn’t have a chance to reply as the staff member physically placed himself between the neighbor and I and prevented him from addressing any words to me. I was a little upset to say the least at the neighbor. I was there with my family ton a little getaway to celebrate Mother’s Day with my well deserving wife. The employee clearly saw on my face that I was extremely upset and accommodated me with another room. Please note that this is in no way the condo owner’s fault nor the staff of habitation Ste-Anne. Just wanted to point out that the neighbouring condo owners are not very pleasant.
