Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how easy it was to get around and enjoy the area without feeling rushed. For anyone looking for a short, relaxing escape, I’d definitely recommend this spot. The hot tub and pools was a big hit to our stay. Kids had an amazing time in the outdoor water play area. Looking forward to returning someday

PremiĂšrement, nous avons payĂ© le mĂȘme prix que nos amis qui avaient un condo rĂ©novĂ©. La propretĂ© laissait Ă  desirer, nous manquions d’ustensiles, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dĂ» aller acheter du savon Ă  vaisselle, Ă  lave vaisselle, des essuis tout, et des sacs poubelle. La piscine et les jeux d’eau ont fait le bonheur des enfants, heureusement.

The location is fantastic being right down the road from MSA. The pool facilities are great. The staff were all very friendly, and I received top class service and care from them. This is a great place to visit especially for a family with children as they will really enjoy the waterpark area.

Du poil dans mon lit? Non merci

Un site avec beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui semble laissĂ© Ă  l'abandon ou presque. En fouillant sur le net vous verrez que le mĂȘme genre de commentaires revient depuis plusieurs annĂ©es... Il semble que les gestionnaires n'en tiennent pas rigueur! - Draps non changĂ©s Ă  notre arrivĂ©e avec prĂ©sence de poils et miettes dans deux lits. La literie est de piĂštre qualitĂ© (on voit le matelas Ă  travers, car il n'y a pas toujours de protĂšge-matelas...). - Les condos ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©s, mais les meubles sont dĂ©suets et dĂ©fraĂźchis - on n'a pas vraiment le goĂ»t de relaxer dans le condo; - Équipements de piĂštre qualitĂ©, brisĂ©s ou incomplets, autant dans l'unitĂ© que dans les espaces communs (arcade, spa... l'eau du spa est froide!!) Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour l'offre de service. Nous y Ă©tions pour les vacances des fĂȘtes et le spa Ă©tait fermĂ© tĂŽt en soirĂ©e sans prĂ©avis le 1er janvier. Bonne annĂ©e! Nous repartons avec l'impression d'avoir Ă©tĂ© volĂ©s. -

The pools are the only plus. Everything else was bad. They need a major renovation on their property. All their furnishings are old and smell. Missing a piece of a headboard. WiFi wasn’t working at all till the day we left. The cleaning lady was so rude to me when I was checking out this morning because I parked in front of the stairway and started yelling at me. She said that wasn’t a parking spot that I couldn’t park there. They were no signs or any writings on the parking lot that you cannot park there. It was a bad experience for me and my kids. I wanted to cancel my reservation but I couldn’t find any more places around the area due to Labor Day weekend. I’ll never going to stay there again and would not recommend it. The condition of the properties are just poor.

Would stay here again

Spent 4 days here. Other than an issue with having to switch rooms the second day, everything was fine. Room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Had to fiddle with the a/c to get it running but wasn’t too frustrating. Overall would stay here again and would recommend.

Superbe endroit, bien entretenu et avec un personnel extrĂȘmement jovial et courtois. J’étais avec des enfants de 7 et 11 ans qui ont ADORÉ leur sĂ©jour, tout comme moi et ma conjointe ! Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour 3 nuits... Nous avons prolongĂ©s de 3 nuits tellement c'Ă©tait agrĂ©able ! Nous voulions faire une sĂ©rie de chose dans la rĂ©gion de QuĂ©bec (musĂ©e de la civilisation, visite du Vieux, visite de l’Île d’OrlĂ©ans, visite de la basilique Ste-Anne, visite des chutes, mini putt et visite du BFly, ...). Nous avons fait tout cela mais de façon extrĂȘmement Express car nous voulions profiter des installations Ă  tous les jours ! Nous avons quittĂ©s aprĂšs 6 nuits mais n’avions pas vraiment envi de quitter et nous avons dĂ» nĂ©gocier avec les enfants le fait que nous y retournerons l’étĂ© prochain ! Le seul point nĂ©gatif de notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© au niveau de la vaisselle dans le condo que nous avions (uniquement de petits chaudrons et poĂȘle, pas de planche Ă  dĂ©couper, pas de couteau pour apprĂȘter la viande ou les lĂ©gumes autre que le couteau Ă  steak ou le couteau Ă  pain) donc rien de majeur et nous avons pu compenser avec le Dollorama et le Harts situĂ©s Ă  10 minutes d’auto de lĂ . Et quand je l’ai mentionnĂ© de façon constructive Ă  la dame Ă  l’accueil au dĂ©part (une dame fort sympathique qui a un style de rĂŽle de gĂ©rante), elle m’a pratiquement chicanĂ© (de façon trĂšs adĂ©quate) pour ne pas l’avoir mentionnĂ© dĂšs le dĂ©but ! SincĂšrement, cĂŽtĂ© rapport qualitĂ©/prix, cela vaut plus que le dĂ©tour !
