Overall, a great experience - friendly staff, great food, especially at the market, got room upgrade. One note is that the hotel needs full renovation - it is a bit outdated for a five star.

El hotel es precioso, muchas actividades para hacer. Las piscinas son geniales, la comida es de primera. Sin embargo debo contar algo que dañó nuestra experiencia. Las 2 primeras noches que estuvimos se activó una alarma insoportable que duró más de 1 hora (entre la media noche y la 1:30 de la madrugada). Cuando llamamos a pedir que hagan algo nos trataron pésimo. La atención del staff es muy variada, hay gente muy amable y gente que te atiende mal.

Lots of pools - easy chair access - Buffett was always a good alternative, easy to get restaurant reservations.
Mini golf is great $10 per person extra, kids 12 and under free with an adult

Staff at check in charged $900 to my credit card for a broken wristband. They said it would be $150 but charged $900. Even the $150 is ridiculous Now I have to fight with my credit card company to get my money returned.

Gostei muito do hotel num geral, porém algumas coisas poderiam ser melhores. Não achei que eles tratam bem os brasileiros, poderiam ser mais simpaticos. A limpeza dos quartos também deixou a desejar

The place is huge! There is a lot of walking to get to and from restaurants, pools, etc. there are golf carts to rent and train stations (golf carts operated by staff) that would take you around the property but most of them were full and usually would have to wait for about 10 minutes. Most staff were friendly but some (specially in the pool area) seemed to be annoyed to be there. The jacuzzi tub in my room was dirty, I noticed it the second day I was there and decided not to call since I was leaving the next day.
