Beautiful home in Pula

Luxury Villa Klen is located in Pula, a town in Istria known primarily for its rich cultural heritage. The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and can accommodate up to 15 people. The open floor plan on the ground floor is truly breathtaking. There you will find a bedroom, the large living room with SAT TV and stereo system, the fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you could need on vacation. On the ground floor you will also find the dining area and an additional bathroom. The ground floor has direct access to the pool, where you can enjoy the warm Istrian sun all day long. Next to the pool is the summer kitchen with a pool table, table tennis, darts and, of course, a barbecue. Other bedrooms are spread over the first and second floor, each with a double bed and a private balcony with a lounge area and a view of the surroundings and the pool. On the second floor there are 4 large bedrooms. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Here you will be able to enjoy the magnificent view of the sea. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have SAT TV. A special feature of Villa Klen is that it has a charging station for electric vehicles.

Villa Klen is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.On the one hand, Istria is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy the untouched nature and the charm of small, traditional and mostly medieval towns. On the other hand, the hustle and bustle of the tourist towns is only a short drive away from the villa. Pula is undoubtedly the center of Istria when it comes to culture and tradition. The city reached its peak in the Roman era, which left numerous traces, including the famous amphitheater. Pula offers numerous leisure activities such as sports facilities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, as well as organized tours, e.g. a visit to the Brijuni National Park. Like many other coastal towns, Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Thanks to its lush forests, stunning beaches and Mediterranean climate, Pula is the ideal destination for beach vacationers.
