A Great Experience

I totally agree with all of the positive comments regarding the property and the owners, brothers Eduardo & Francisco. The apartment is super-clean, airy and modern. Everything worked to perfection, and Francisco is literally next door to help you with any request ASAP. And a word about the hill: if you are not up for the walk back to the house, every taxi driver I encountered was willing to take me, without a complaint or theatrics. Give them 100 pesos as a way of saying thanks, it's worth every penny!

Great value!

This place is very nice and is spacious for the price. Easily walking distance to the boardwalk and many great clubs and restaurants. Very private and secure. AC and wifi work great and kitchen fully stocked.

Overall I liked the place

It is a good property at good value. The location was good, close to markets, the beach and the Malecon, all of these only 5 minutes away by walking. It has all the things you need, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machines, good sized bedrooms and living room, bathrooms. If there was any downside it was climbing the hill that comes with a good slope, was a bit daunting at times especially that I biked almost everyday. My knees are getting bad so the climb is something to consider if you got bad knees. Also noise from neighboring nightclubs and events could get annoying at times, but then again for me I like quiet. Others may like this feature. Overall it is a good property and Eduardo and his brother Francisco were very good hosts, always stayed in contact and provided me with information and whatever I needed often on short notice. I would stay here again.

Host and accommodations were excellent and in a location in Downtown area near Malicon, taxi/ bus

I was able to message and communicate with host easily with prompt, accurate and honest response. Host and management were friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use this location again! Thank You Eduardo and family!!!!

Conveniently located near pretty much everything

There is a Creek running along the side of the apartment surrounded by palm and fruit trees. I was woken up every morning by the beautiful sounds of exotic birds. This place is conveniently located near pretty much everything. It is just a few blocks from the Malecón and the beach. There is a corner store just a few steps away where you can find all the essentials. The landlords are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Splendid

A delightful secluded place in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. A short distance to the beach, and even closer to bus stops. Bus service was very frequent. The hosts were very accommodating, and very pleasant. For anyone wanting to walk, this location is central to most any area in downtown PV.
