So close to all amenities, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Fully equipped Studio with a Queen-size bed, in a quiet and charming colonial-style building with lush tropical gardens and a swimming pool.

Access to the swimming pool only a few steps from the studio: beach towels are provided.
You also have access to the building's laundry facilities at no extra charge.

You can walk to the beach and the city center,
just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to all the attractions and nightlife of the Romantic Zone.
A car is not necessary but in case you use it you can park right in front of the building.
When you don't feel like walking you can take a cab or Uber for less than 3 usd. There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the building to get to the center or to Mismaloya along the coast.
It is necessary to use the stairs: they are stairs that start from the entrance of the building and lead to the common area of the pool. It is a total of 4 flights but pleasant because of the vegetation.
