LA SUITE (Casa Comoda II)
Loma Linda, 115 Calle Hortensia, es un complejo bien cuidado en el área de Amapas de Puerto Vallarta.

Esta gran suite de esquina es muy espaciosa y bien ventilada, con pisos de terracota y paredes de concreto de estilo mexicano clásico, acentuadas con puertas de madera tallada. Las puertas plegables de vidrio con marco de madera maciza se abren completamente a la terraza en la parte delantera y los lados de la suite, lo que le da la sensación de estar afuera incluso en el interior. Esto te da una gran brisa cruzada. Hermosos acabados de madera le dan a la suite una sensación muy auténtica.

La suite tiene un enorme sofá seccional con base de concreto incorporado (común en México) con espuma viscoelástica, perfecto para entretener o dormir. El sofá tiene capacidad para dos personas cómodamente ... ¡incluso personas altas!

Hay una mesa de comedor y cuatro sillas junto a la cocina cuando quieres comer, aunque estamos seguros de que querrás tener la mayoría de tus comidas en la terraza.

TERRAZA
La gran terraza con vista a la Bahía de Banderas le brinda vistas panorámicas e impresionantes del océano. Con su increíble vista y su auténtica arquitectura de estilo español, Loma Linda te hará sentir como si hubieras muerto e ido al cielo.

Barbacoa: hay una parrilla al aire libre a gas en la terraza. ¿Te apetece un filete o un pescado frito? Relájate y disfruta de una comida a la parrilla al aire libre mientras te maravillas con la segunda bahía más grande del hemisferio occidental.

RECAMARA PRINCIPAL
El enorme dormitorio principal es muy independiente, con su propio baño y área de tocador. El dormitorio / baño se puede cerrar por una puerta al resto de la suite cuando desee un poco de privacidad. La habitación tiene un conjunto de grandes puertas de vidrio que se abren a la terraza y ventanas plegables en el otro lado con vistas a la Bahía de Banderas. ¡Abra las puertas y las ventanas al exterior por la mañana para tener un día espectacular, ventoso y perezoso en la cama con una taza de café!

SEGUNDO DORMITORIO
El segundo dormitorio está en el lado opuesto de la suite y tiene su propio acceso a un baño de visitas de área común. Hay un pequeño balcón fuera de la habitación que da a la bonita pasarela bien cuidada y la vegetación del complejo. Esta habitación tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden juntar y rematar con una sábana extra grande para hacer una cama. Ambas habitaciones tienen toneladas de espacio en el armario.

AIRE ACONDICIONADO
Las habitaciones tienen una unidad de aire acondicionado de acceso remoto fácil de usar, que funciona muy rápidamente en esos días que necesita refrescarse o para esas noches más cálidas. Aunque la mayoría de las veces desea sentir la brisa cálida y tropical, es agradable refrescarse en los días más calurosos.

COCINA
Con una nevera, estufa y horno, la cocina está bien equipada y es perfecta para aquellos que desean disfrutar de un ambiente hogareño. Esto incluye:

Love Love love

The authentic Mexican villa feel was exactly what we wanted, the view, location beautiful. The beds were very comfy and the complex is amazing, especially the rooftop plunge pool. The only 2 very minor issues were the very short showers due to maximum of about 4 minutes of hot water, and 2 out of 4 of us has wifi issues. But neither of these was a deal breaker. Highly recommend this villa and the host was easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for an awesome getaway.

Great vacation rental

This place was amazing. Looks just like the pictures great views of the ocean. I will recommend taking an Uber to and from the airport half of the taxi to get there, I would also inform that to and from downtown in the romantic zone, to the ocean is not a walk for the meek. I am in shape, so it was fine, but it was an uphill incline, lots and lots of stairs, the saltwater pools were lovely. The grounds were amazing, but both hot tubs jets did not work for the Jacuzzi and the water was not hot or different from the pool water. Make sure to play your AirPlay for the television in the living room. it is a smart TV and it means just that,. I was 100% fine with that, but my friend who came do not understand the smart TV situation. also, you could not leave the windows and doors open at night because of the potential termites coming in in that was a bummer. and also, it was a little bit of a hassle, opening and closing all the windows and doors due to the locks on the top and bottom I really enjoyed the condo was perfect location. But bring your walking shoes/hiking shoes air conditioning amazing in both bedrooms. Overall, very happy with the accommodations. I would definitely come back again. And if you work out join the big apple gym it’s 20 for the whole week great place almost like planet fitness but in Mexico , I was super happy with that as well and also the taxi to Walmart was 10.

Traffic Noise Alert!

What this property listing fails to mention is the incessant road noise that ruins literally everything about the ambiance.The road directly below the property is a major roadway with heavy traffic 24/7. The vehicles that frequent this road—including MANY semi-trucks, dump trucks, and other large transport vehicles—struggle up the hill, often with little to no effective mufflers, and use their Jake brakes on the way down. It is LOUD and will absolutely affect your sleep throughout the entire night. The windows don’t seal, so there’s no way to block out the noise. The even steeper road that the property is on (just off the busy road) is also a thoroughfare for dump trucks and other transport vehicles. All this said, it is impossible to enjoy your time on the patio or even inside with the doors shut with this CONSTANT noise.Furthermore, when crossing the main road to get to the stairs down to town, there are blind corners on either side. The road is very busy, so you have to do your best to wait for a break in the traffic then run for your life. Fun times with my 72 year old mom and 8 and 11 year old kids. Though there are some positives about this property (the view, the authentic Mexican charm and the responsiveness of the hosts), all of this is lost with the road noise. I have never heard such noise in any accommodation, in any city, in any part of the world. Please heed my warning and if you do choose to book, bring ear plugs - you will need them!

Lots of space for a family! Amazing views! Great pool!This unit really has an amazing design letting the outdoors in - windows and sliding doors that fully open. Can sleep at night with doors open. Very safe.

Beautiful place, but loud

We LOVE Peter’s place. It’s a total charmer with a spectacular view and a great Mexican vibe. The location is fantastic- you have to be able to walk up and down lots of steep steps - no more than 7 minutes (after the first few days it’s not even 5 ). At the bottom of the steps you are right at the far end of the romantic zone. I loved the steps. Great exercise. My husband-not so much. VERY easy to get a cab. About 4-5USD. Here’s the issue with the property for us. It is right near the main road (highway) that goes in and out of town. It can be VERY loud. Even louder, though, are big construction trucks that go up the hill next to the unit to build or repair other units further up the hill. Peter was very responsive and got us a white noise machine. If traffic sounds don’t bother you then this is the place for you. I can’t say enough good things about the view and the place itself, and Peter and his excellent communication.

Beautiful place

Beautiful property, views were amazing. We watched the sunset from the patio and the bedroom every night. There was ample amount of towels and pillows and blankets, there was also a boogie board and floaties for the beach they had everything you needed for your stay. Peter was a great communicator and replied quickly when I needed him. There was also a house keeper that came in between our stay to make sure the place was cleaned. I will come back next year!

Amazing

I cannot say enough about this property!! It is stunning. Everything is as pictured and even better in person. The view from the terrace is spectacular and we had the terrace doors open most of the time. The property is lush and just beautiful. No problem with bugs either. I’m not sure I’ll be able to stay anywhere else in PV now! The steep hill down to the street below was no problem for us (a 50 and a 62 year old). We just caught a taxi from there and went wherever we wanted. Peter is absolutely a gracious host. Very accommodating and allowed us to arrive earlier than check in time. Excellent communication. Do not hesitate to book this magical place!

Beautiful stay at the property with a gorgeous view of the bay. The house has everything you need and Esperanza was great. All positive for our stay. If you are planning to get around by walking, just know you are on a incline and once you cross street, you will have many steps to go down. Not a problem for us but if you young ones or family with mobility issues could be an issue.

Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views and Great Amenities

The place was fantastic! The rooms had its own AC, which was great. We stayed during a rainy spell, so the heat wasn't too intense. Be prepared for a bit of a workout walking uphill to the place after a day at the beach or exploring the area. It was a little tricky to find initially since the address isn't clearly visible and might have recently changed, but we managed to locate it. The views were incredible, and the place felt very secure. There are both a big and a small pool, which we enjoyed. The beach is nearby, but the walk back is uphill, so keep that in mind. We often used Uber to get around and also enjoyed walking along the beach. Overall, we loved our stay. The communication with the host and the cleaning lady was excellent. The area is lively, with a major street nearby, so it can get a bit noisy at times, but it wasn't a big issue. We even had a friendly lizard that liked to sunbathe right outside our window on the rooftop!

3 Nights in PV

A great place for our family of four. Loved the pools and views. And you can just open up all the sliding doors making the entire place seem like it is outside. You will have to walk up and down a steep sidewalk and stairs to get to the beach and restaurants so it may not be great for anyone with mobility limitations.

Gorgeous View

We loved the spaciousness of this villa and the fantastic view of the bay afforded brilliant sunsets every night. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfy and the plentiful linens and towels good quality. The daily housekeeping help was a lovely perk. There are lots of stairs and the villa is on a steep hill, so would not be a good choice for those with mobility issues, but was fine for us. Ubers are inexpensive and fast when needed. The pool areas were also wonderful. AC in the bedrooms ensured a comfortable sleep as we visited during one of the hotter times of the year! Peter is a fantastic host.

WOW...we just had our family of five, week long vacation at Peter's amazing villa.... we can't say enough good things... We saw so many unbelievable sunsets from the balcony... We walked everywhere, no need for a car. The air conditioning was phenomenal for sleeping. Our highlights of the stay were Rythym of the Nights, botanical gardens and relaxing by the pool. We highly recommend Peter's villa and will DEFINITELY be back! PS - It's so safe, I actually left my phone in the Uber and the driver brought it back to us.. so Happy! PV2024!

Beautiful condo

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Lots of space, comfortable beds and A/C in the bedrooms made for a great sleep. The huge patio was our favourite place to hang out and we even had a couple of visits from an iguana!

Amazing

Pictures do not do this property justice. The unit and complex are both amazing. Would agree with previous reviews if you are noise sensitive this might not be the place. Major road below property can be quite noisy, we did not mind but some might, one of our party found this distracting. Same with the stairs and hill, we did not mind and found the climb got easier but if you have hip or knee issues be prepared for Uber or Taxi rides, these are very in expensive and everywhere. Peter was amazing in quick responses and answers to any questions. Onsite Sylvia was also amazing and prompt. Maid service was 3-4 days a week not six, we found this was perfect. Bottled was delivered every Monday and the filtered water from fridge was great and having ice cubes was great. Loved everything about property and would recommend and would absolutely stay again

Great spot to stay in PV!

Such a lovely place to land! Beautiful view/well stocked kitchen/very nice beds! Just as the photos show. If there is any down side it is that you do hear lots of traffic from the main road between the villas and the ocean. Also pools are very nice!
