Beautiful 5th floor Oceanfront Puerto Vallarta Studio condo from $70 a night.
Just a few miles South of Old town next to the Park Royal Hotel.
You do not need a car. We are right on the bus line. It is about 50 cents to ride to old town town about $7 for a taxi. The condo is next to a hotel and there will be noise from their AC units when on your balcony. T



We have had our other 5 STAR rated oceanfront 5th floor condo on VRBO (239356) for many years.
The condo has been remodeled with new tile, woodworking, beautiful furniture and decor.
The super comfortable King bed has a Costco memory foam topper.
The kitchen area has an apartment size refrigerator, a second refrigerator built into the entertainment center, granite countertops throughout with a smooth top two burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker. We belong to the buildings laundry club. Free for your use..
We have a new SMART 50" curved Ultra HDTV, cable TV with 45 English station, and an Amazon Alexa to play your favorite songs. We also Have a new Climate controlled AC system.. Free high speed Internet is included.

The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was lovely and the restaurant was great. The beaches were fabulous. The air conditioning worked very well, thank goodness. The noise from the building next door A/C exhaust system was so loud we could not enjoy the amazing view from the patio or leave the front door open for fresh air circulation.

Semana Santa Stay

The unit is as advertised and perfect for a couple. The property is in a good location, next to some of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta; that's the reason to stay here. The owner responded very quickly to an issue that we had early in our stay. They get an A for being good managers/owners.

Cute little studio

Loved our stay at this cute little studio. We took their advice and used the bus line for travel to and from town (except for late night when the bus doesn't run). The experience trip was amazing. I would highly recommend the zoo and walking about in the romantic zone. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views and beaches. Staff is very friendly and location is a short Uber ride away from just about everything.. Depending on what unit you stay in. The Air Conditioning is loud form the hotel next door. However, we already knew that and it dis not bother us.. We already booked again for this upcoming November

Wonderful condo. Great price. Very comfortable!!

We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint is the noise from the AC next door. We couldnt sit on the balcony and have a conversation and enjoy the beautiful view. The condo very comfortable and just perfect for my husband and I. We had everything we needed with nice updates. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Very responsive to our questions and anything we needed. When we checked out the cleaning fee was double of the price the owners quoted. This is not a slight on the condo or the owners, i felt the girl at the desk was trying make a buck as she tried hard to tell us we had to pay by cash only. We paid by card in the end. So i would be leery of this next time about amount being charged.

No serious complaints. Some debrie like sand on the floor, which ended up in the bed. Bed was a bit soft for my taste, and I have a bad back. Sheets are percale and pretty rough on sunburned skin. All just little idiosyncrasies for a couple in their 70s who appreciate the finer touches of comfort. Also, had read no mention of air conditioning, which we could have used at night, but didn't even notice the machine until our last night, when we happened to have a decent breeze in from the beach. Price was reasonable, add-on cleaning fee (beyond the u-front VRBA fee) was a surprise. The beach here is also very steep, so the surf is challenging. Not for beach waders, especially elderly. These things, combined with other factors, such as distance to town, means we probably wouldn't stay here again. But it wasn't bad and would work for many.

Amazing scenery

We enjoyed our stay. The owners prepared everything for your comfort stay. Ocean and pools. area around are perfect. We found it is good to live far from the centre of town where dirty water. Water here is crystal clear. Everything was fantastic except noise of AC from the nearest hotel. Next time we will stay with Matt&Deidre but in their another room. Thank you!

Short stay in a studio apartment

Unit clean & well stocked. Beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately noise from adjacent building’s air conditioner condensers & fans meant it was impossible to enjoy the outside deck. Not much counter space & shortage of electrical outlets, meant only basic cooking possible. Very late check in as late checkout by previous guests.

Tucked away paradise

Loved this stay and location, its tucked away 2 beautiful beaches and the condo has everything we needed and a bit more (beach chairs, laundry room access, etc). Our hosts were amazing and great communicators. We were also not bothered by the noise of the next door hotel, its a very minimal hum unless you're the outside balcony.

Peaceful Beachfront Getaway

This is a beautiful, cozy little spot. The beach view, which is looking to the south toward Los Arcos, is absolutely stunning. The condo is small but beautifully kept and thoughtfully outfitted: the tiny kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, the linen closet is stocked with towels, the TV is all set up for live shows or streaming. The room stayed cool and the A/C cooled it quickly even when I left it warm during the day. The bed and furniture are comfy and well-made. It's just a quality place overall. The hosts did a wonderful job making everything clear and easy. They communicated proactively, so I didn't have a single question not already answered in their packet. The front desk staff is also super helpful. The relatively remote location does mean you'll want to think ahead. The on-site restaurant (which is great btw) is open 8am to 8pm, and the little convenience store (which has a bit of everything) is open 9 to 7:50. There is nothing else in walking distance. Unfortunately we arrived after 8 the first day and had run out of water, and there was absolutely nothing available. Similarly, if you want to do the cooking in the condo, you need to plan for a trip to the market, which is a solid 20min drive or 30min bus ride away. So just think ahead, and it works really well. Overall, such a great experience - thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Such a shame

We had some minor issues which the owners' responded to very quickly. The location was wonderful with the two beaches and beautiful views/sunsets. Staff very friendly and property well maintained and supervised. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, the food was good but not exceptional. However, in hindsight we should have avoided Easter as it was very busy, especially the first week. The big issue for us was the air con noise from the hotel next door. Although mentioned in the listing it was louder than we anticipated and while we do empathise with the owners we would not consider booking this condo in the future.
